The_Octavo

A very powerful relic, of an age long gone by. A book, with infinite pages, yet not much thicker than a textbook. Bound in leather, with no markings save for a large purplish-green "8" on the front cover, which glows faintly in the dark. Whomsoever possesses this book is granted the ability to bring anything they draw, or write about, in its pages, to life. The book may only have one rightful owner at a time, and the book shall work only for them. So long as this possessor lives, any other's attempt at utilizing the book shall result in their writings fading from its pages.

The book has a guardian spirit which lives within its pages, charged with assisting the possessor in its use, and finding a new possessor should the current one die. The spirit identifies the book as "The Octavo", though the spirit itself answers to the name "Octavia" as well. The possessor chooses the form for the spirit, and may change it at any time. The spirit's mannerisms remain a constant state of impassiveness, such as that of a butler serving their master. The guardian spirit has the same abilities as the book, but may only use them as their possessor allows.

The current possessor is Sofie, who uses it to create various characters suitable for role-playing purposes.

The following preferences are fairly universal across all of my characters. However, each one has particular quirks, which I will try and list in their profiles. Also, these sliders are only my general mood. Sometimes my mood changes and I might be in the mood for something I normally dislike. Feel free to whisper me if you have something in mind, I'm very easy to approach! Just for the love of everything, don't whisper me in character if I've never played with one of your characters before.
