A short digimon, about 2 feet tall, who had a certain love for shrinking down macros. He runs a legitimate side business collecting people and information for the local mob, mostly by compressing them into handy storage crystals.

An escaped science project that was set on combining human and animal DNA. Originally part of 'Project Chimera', the shark man was trained in anti terrorist operations, and specialized in in warboat and submarine destruction. Now he lives happily full in the park, where there are always meals to go around.

A fortuneteller/bellydancer, Rouge came to the park in order to train her mind and body. Unfortunately, she's been stuck here and slightly outclassed after some 'teddy bear' stole her power stone.

Aristal, and usually maintained by whatever poor soul she didn't feel like turning into food. The entire store is filled with chocolates, breads, and cookies made of unfortunate souls, and anyone who walks in could wind up the same way, or they could be able to overpower the kitchen staff and make their own meal. (needs update/slight rewrite)

A short owl girl, about 4 feet tall and in college. Unfortunatly the school she works at costs a bit too much, so she's taken a page out of her feral counterpart and 'liberated' some houses that were owned by meals for some reason. One day she'll run into trouble with the law, but for now she's happy doing what she can.
