Back in the 90's, there was a top secret genetic experiment to combine human and animal DNA, leading to the creation of several 'solders'. The team had been trained for specific situations, Ted himself trained for arctic climates and close ranged combat. Having a cold personality, he was quickly famous for being one of the more serious situations. He could get along with the other units, but really didn't get the more... humorous... personalities, especially since he knew that being created for war would mean most of them would die in combat...

He quickly proved to be a valuable asset, and even jumped in to save one of his comrades after Chimera "Rebyel" went berserk and tried to eat her. This was only the start of their problems, since a few nights later a small humans rights group discovered and attacked the base. Most, if not all of the 'creatures' created by the chimera project decided to bail, Ted himself relocating to colder climates. That is until he found out that a large number of the old chimeras were showing up in the park. The information went unnoticed until he had several confirmed sightings of Rebyel.

Now he's decided to come back, and take some personal revenge against the shark-boy...
