Of course! Don't you know anything about fishing lakitu?
Nackitu has come a long way from the mushroom kingdom, and considers himself and his cloud Zephyr a pair of accomplished fishermen. Together, they've caught everything that's worth catching, Goombah, hammerbros, chain chomps... he'll even claim to have caught some Italian plumber, but he threw him back cause he was too short. The real reason he's floated over this way is simply because fishing Lakitus haven't had any work in ages, the only real jobs they've gotten since the Koopah kids were around is waving racing flags, and any job is better than that...
Loading Zephyr up with as much bait, bombs and spiney eggs as she could carry, Nackitu headed off in search of glory, honor, and to catch the 'best-est' thing ever... what ever it is...
For the people who don't remember how this particular species operate, it's a very simple plan.
Step one: Bait a fish hook with a poison mushroom painted like a green mushroom.
Step two: Wait for some poor sap to try and eat it, and laugh as you reel in the new micro.
Step two and a half: If step 2 doesn't work, pelt it with spineys and bombs till it goes away.

Zephyr's growth:
Poor little Zephyr is still growing, and every little cloud needs her food to help her grow. As she eats more "food", she'll grow more powerful.
0: Light drizzle - A small shower of water, usually good for putting out fires or watering plants. In the winter it becomes a 'dusting' of snow, probably enough to make a snowball.
