Tapanga

A young college girl, enjoying her first year there. A short girl at 3 and a half feet, this owl seems to play hard to get rather than outright flirty. She loves the attention of her peers, although she tends to be jealous of others with more attention.

Her teachers had long since gotten annoyed be her actions both by eating anyone who out performed her and by taunting would be preds, pretending to be caught until the first opportunity to escape. The teacher remedied this by sending her to the park for 'research', telling her to study the local wildlife. Obviously it's not intended that she return, hoping she'll get munched on sooner or later.
