Darkness, cold and alone. Those are the three things Elytra remembers the most when growing up from just a little nymph when she first broke out of her egg all the way up to when she was a simple drone for a few years. And seeing as Elytra is one, after dealing with her weak attacks and bits, he took her home and took care of her. But not seeing a monster, and willingly giving her love unknowningly. He would go onto learn she wasn't like other bugs, other than the size difference, looking like a bug pony and etc. As Elytra would begin to learn but also talk a few words here and there. So for the next few years he taught her everything he could, and made sure she didn't go hungry. However, sadly not everything lasts, as when the goverment found out they tried to capture her, key word being tried.

But it all came down to her choosing whether to give herself up and save the person who cared for her or to jump of the cliff and into the water below to safety. He was scared of her and ran, much to her fear and sadness. From that point on she was alone once more, changing into one of the first 5 humans she ate and would travel the world.

It not until after even more years of sleeping on the streets, eating the odd homeless person, lost child or alone drunken adult that did she stumble across a way to get a tastier and more filling food source not that humans weren't that. It was an luck that she ran into a human that had a thing for horses and bugs. And while Elytra had him pinned, he would rub her clit getting her to moan and expiernce plasure for the first time. It woke something up in her, as she rode him all night and into the next morning. Some move to escape their fate, and some go looking for the cause. Which just brings them to her and thier doom, however there would be one human that shocks her to the core. It would be her adoptive father that had came to stop her and take her home, or so he said. This was the event that would change her the most, and would get her to cut down on humans and try to get thier love instead. It was a great job for the changeling, she would get fed everyday, sometimes more than once, twice, three or even 4 times depending on time consuming each cilent was. The downside was she would go into heat once per 6 months, where it would be the time for her to get pregnant in order to lay eggs that will hatch the first changelings of her hive.

Elytra wasn't ready for such a task and responsibility just yet so when ever she went into heat, she would isolate herself. Of course that would wait until she went back to her job to find out she had been fired and reported missing and while she couldn't get her job bak she did at least get removed from the missing list. Mainly by going to the nearest bank and withdrawing every penny she saved and traveled a long way to the next city called Nexus.

Here she would buy a small house that same with a basement but to her surprise had a secret door in the basement. Opening it up she was glad it wasn't filled with skeletons or the like but it was an empty cave. Which could be a useful space in case at some point she wanted and was ready to make her hive.
