Alex was born in 1993 in Eastborn, to a normal couple and being one of two Twins, Twins that are almost identical Twins. Not that she / he minded being a twin, however when Alex and her twin had their first sneeze had her first sneeze, it came quiet the shock to their parents and doctor that they changed from female to male in Alex's case, or Male to female in Rowan's case. No one could explain why the chaged happened or how even, but Alex and Rowan at the time didn't seem to mind only being a baby, though a few more sneezes later and the parents would know how thier children changes just not why.

As such they would buy gender neutral clothes for them so when they did change they wouldn't have to be embarrassed about wearing girls clothes if a boy or the opposite. Not that there's anything wrong with that, they just didn't want the twins to get bullied for it or the like. Speaking of which, it was always going to happen as it seems everyone has to deal with bullies at some point in their lives, and a child who swaps genders and has an almost clone being so close to identical would of course have to deal with them. However one bully pushed Alex too far and become Alex's dinner, lunch and breakfast for the next few days, much to the horror, sadness and etc of the bullies parents, but it was too late to get the bully out. Besides it was a pred/prey school so some students are bound to be eaten or vored.

That was Alex's first encounter with vore, and wouldn't be the last. But for now the other bullies of Alex's tended to stay away from Alex in case they ended up as fat and waste much like the last bully. This happening early on in secondary school, from there on in school life was much easier, social life not so much. As some students did have small crushes on either one of Alex's forms, it seemed no one liked both versions of Alex in that way at least. So Alez would go through school life without having any GF's or BF's, nor having first kiss and the like, not that's a bad thing nor does it need to happen whilst at school. At least Alex had her favourite sister, even if said sister is her only sister but still Alex still had Rowan's shoulder to cry on when needed and visa versa.

The next stage in Alex's life would be college where Alex would do a few courses in the medical range. Alex would pass them all with decent to great marks, moving onto University getting 2 Medical Degreea in both medicine and surgery. By this time Alex was 23, getting a job at the local hosiptal as an intern but thanks to their knowledge, skills and being capable of being both a doctor and surgeon it wasn't long before they became a professional doctor. And while Alex is yet to find the one or anyone of that nature, Alex isn't too bothered about it, but is still keeping there eyes out for any potential partners.
