Jelana like most centaurs is stronger than normal horses but Jelana being lot stronger than the average centaur. Also like humans, centuars can and do enjoy sex but unlike humans is very unlikely to get pregnant outside of heat cycle. Which for jelana is twice a year and lasts for 2 weeks minimum or 3 weeks max and normally is April & July. With the chance being high when in heat, though thats for mares to get pregnant, males or herms can impregnant others all year round.

Meet Jelana, She is a 190-year-old Centaur who rose to power sadly after her mother passed away at the age of 430. Which is pretty young as Centaur's can and do live up to 750-1,000 being the average life span. But let's start at the beginning, Jelana was the only child of the former queen and would be her only one. Meaning Jelana would succeed her mother eventually and take the thrown. The former queen passing away when Jelana turned of age (18) and has been Queen ever since her 80th Birthday. While her time with her mother was very short, Jelana has very fond memories of the mare and hopes she is doing her mother proud.

At the age of 4, Jelana was taught many things ranging from How to fight to defend herself, to English, math, science, history, Diplomacy. and so many others. While Jelana isn't the best fighter not by a long shot, her super strength makes up for that as she is as strong as at least 5 other centaurs. With her being part horse, she is also quite fast, as her fastest she's recorded herself was at 52 mph.

Growing up Jelana had a happy childhood as the people loved her mother and in return loved her. Of course, not all loved the queen and little princess, with some trying to take out the small mare, one almost succeeding with Jelana already in said being. Thankfully the guards caught the would-be assassin and had to cut Jelana out. For the next few years, Jelana would have nightmares about said event and the one who almost ended her life. Thankfully with some therapy, help from her mother, friends and subjects, Jelana made a slow recovery.

Then came her teenage years and like every teenager in existence, she had her rebel phase. The phase where she slept with one of two boys of the local sports team, though they trying to get with her for power. Something that would upset her once she realised what they were trying to do. However, it was during this phase that Jelana discovered she wasn't that all into the male sex but rather the female sex. With Jelana being one of the few herms of the kingdom, she was rather popular with the females. Much to the chagrin of the then queen. Thankfully it was just a phase and Jelana soon grew out of it and just in time. Her mother only getting a year or two of seeing the mare Jelana would become after the teenage years before she passed away through illness.

Jelana and the kingdom wept for the lost queen, Jelana herself becoming distant, cold and careless for a year after her mother's death. It wasn't until the will of her mother and the memories it brought up that Jelana realised what she was doing. Namely that she wasn't treating her subjects right with the girl treating them as just servants or food. But the wake-up call changed her back into the girl before her mother's passing. With loads of apologies to the families, she took one or two family members from for her hunger or etc. And with time she repaired her image and reputation. Though she was far from ready for taking the throne, so for the next 60 or so years Jelana learnt everything she could about being a good ruler.

But then came the day of her coronation, Jelana being a bundle of nerves thankfully the day went by without a major hiccup. As Jelana successfully took the crown and has been queen ever since.
