The big bang, the starting point of the universe, the bang that brought life. Life that even came to the planets, moons, stars of the universe, but this story isn't about most of them. No, this story is about a certain planet in the Milkyway. This planet is known as 'The Red Planet" or Mars as it's more commonly known as. Mars is one of many sisters in the Milkyway, as said galaxy hosts over 10 billion planets, and her solar system hosting 10 sisters in Mercury, Venus, Earth, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Pluto, Sun and Neptune. Some of these planets having their own moon as well which also tend to be alive but are more like cousins. Mars's moon is called Deimos and they pair have been inseparable since they came together or rather Deimos in Mars' gravitational pull.

Mars see's Deimos as a very close friend but doesn't know if she sees her as anything else, with the planet girl being innocent when it comes to things like relationships and sex. However, there is one she has a closer bond with her solar sisters and that is her twin sister Earth. Like Earth, Mars once had life just like Earth at one point. Sure they weren't advanced but Mars took great pride in her achievement. However, it wasn't meant to be as Mars became really sick and in this period she lost most of her magnetic field. While this might not seem much to some, it is essential to keep in atmospheres, and those when the magnetic field went most of the life that was evolving, growing was lost. Water that once flowed dried up or turned into solid ice and would be frozen till this day.

When Mars noticed her creations had perished while she was sick, Mars went into deep depression. Not even her twin sister Earth could cheer her up, so the next few billion years Mars became distant, and cold both in attitude and temperature. It wasn't until one fateful day that something landed on Mars did the planet girl wake up from her depression. What may you ask was that day? Well, it was the day when the very first piece of technology from Earth landed on her. Mars didn't even know Earth had life on her as Earth tended not to say anything to Mars in case it upset her more. Since that day Mars became obsessed with the stuff the 'humans' sent to her to explore her, to learn about her, but little did they know Mars was learning about them too.

It also since then that Mars has got her mojo back, she might not be able to re-create life on herself just yet. But she can create gadgets and the like, though she does have to 'borrow' from the equipment the humans put on her. That is not the only thing that change, Mars's personality also came back, from cold, distant and lack of care to happy, curious, adventurous and etc.
