Short Version:
Lady Xae is a stranded dark elf noble, who seeks to eventually rebuild her magical power and carve out a kingdom for herself in the park.
Current goal:
Xae, with the help of others in the park, has managed to rescue the slaves and servants she had left behind long ago. She has freed them, and they have begun building a village beyond her lake. She seeks to ensure the safety of this village, and the welfare of her new subjects. Additionally, she has taken interest in technology, and has devoted a spire of her home toward some big mechanical project.
History:
Lady Xaeiim Meneld, or Lady Xae as she prefers to be called, was the daughter of a minor noble of the underworld. As she grew, she discovered a talent for magic and the arcane. However, she also bore a secret. While outwardly, she appeared fully female, she wasn't fully woman. But neither was she man. She found herself somewhere in between. In the intensely matriarchal and xenophobic society of the dark elves, this would be a death sentence, yet her mother kept Xae around. Not due to any sort of motherly love, but because of her skill with magic. Her secret was concealed for a long time.
As she came of age, Lady Xae stayed in her mother's household, in exchange for her continued magical support. Given that her mother knew her secret, Lady Xae had no choice but to accept. Yet while Xae obeyed, she secretly desired her own lands, and to be free of her commands. Using her daughter's magical skill to further her own greed and lust for power, the mother began expanding, using armies made from undead and golems that Lady Xae created. She launched wars of expansion to conquer the neighboring territories, and began making several enemies.
In her greed, the mother reached too far, and over extended her forces. The summoned army was beaten back, and many enemies came to besiege her lands. The mother decided to flee, but first let slip the nature of her daughter, both her magical skill and her unusual gender, attempting to shift the anger towards her. Lady Xae was left in the palace with the servants and slaves, to face the wrath of the gathered armies, while the mother made her escape.
Lady Xae, though, was of a different mindset than her mother. She didn't attempt to flee yet, but instead, marshaled the defenses. With what was left of her golem and undead army, she fought a delaying action against the invaders, using several bottlenecks in the caverns and tunnels to slow them down. As her summoned force held back the tide, she burned up much of her magical ability to create a portal, leading to the underground wilds, lands as of yet untouched by dark elf expansion. She commanded all the servants and slaves to flee through it, while she stayed behind. The evacuation continued, right up to the moment where the invaders were breaking down the doors of her mother's palace.
Only after the last servant escaped through the portal, did Lady Xae turn her attention to her own escape. Setting off several spells designed to collapse the palace, Lady Xae fled through the portal herself. However, her own fatigue and drained magic supply betrayed her, as the portal weakened and collapsed while she was in it. She was sent hurtling through the space between worlds, flung into unknown dimensions.
In a stroke of fortune, Lady Xae finally came to rest within the lush realm of the Park, with all of its strange and varied inhabitants. And more importantly, none of the wrathful dark elf houses, or her overly ambitious and backstabbing mother. In short, it was the perfect place to get a fresh start. Despite having nothing besides her staff and the clothes on her back, and lacking much of her formerly powerful magical power, she was hopeful. She would find a way to regain her strength, rescue the dark elves she had portaled into the wilds, claim new lands, and build a new home for herself. She would make herself into a proper Lady and mistress, and have a land of her own to rule.
Events
In her search for a suitable place to call home, Lady Xae came across the small cat boy named Sky Nya. The young boy's intellect and vulnerability struck a chord with Xae, and she decided to take him on as an apprentice.
With the aid of Zolten, Xae has created a portal back to her homeworld, and arrived atop of the ruins of her old home. The two have begun a journey to locate the survivors of the siege and rescue them from the Wild caverns.
Thanks to briefly absorbing the new goddess of justice and guardians, Rina_Elis, Xae was able to finish the construction of her home. Rina Elis also blessed her with a second pair of arms that Xae can summon or dismiss at will. These arms look as if made from metal, and can form weapons, giving her some skill in hand to hand combat. In return, Xae has agreed to serve as Rina's high priestess, and build a shrine to her.
With the aid of Blizzare and DraketheDragon, Xae has located the survivors of Xae's old home. She evacuated them back to her castle. There she has offered them a new life. The slaves were proclaimed released from their servitude and allowed to go where they pleased. Those that chose to remain were instead granted jobs at Xae's castle. Many of those who left have begun building a village nearby the lake where Xae's castle resides.
Xae's subjects and relations
Over time, there have been people who have sworn fealty to Xae, and offered to assist her in her goal of building a new kingdom.
Tom Tommymorph. Shapeshifting human. Xae has offered to help Tom learn control and discipline over his more wild and uncontrollable forms.
Ser Merrigen Roumont SerRoumont. A traveling Knight, who missed the battles and the command of armies. He has agreed to serve as Xae's military commander.
While not a subject per se, KateSmith has been allowed to live at Xae's fortress in one of the guest rooms. She has since then been named 'apprentice' and has been studying magic under Xae.
PokeTrainer_Stella showed Xae her daycare for pokemon, and Xae chose to adopt a local Misdreavus from there. The two have also become lovers.
Additionally, Xae is friends with Stella's daughter Kiki KitsuneChild_Kiki
Xae has taken on a second apprentice, a rabbit by the name of Ninasisi.
Xae rescued the naga Xoa from a mad sorceress, and helped her recover from her wounds. She has accepted Xoa as an apprentice as well.
Xae found a dragon egg in a cavern system. After rescuing it from a cave in, the egg hatched into a red scaled dragon hatchling. Xae decided to raise this dragon, and named him Tyrath
Xae's Fortress
Xae's Fortress is located deep in the woods, in the middle of a very large lake. It looks like a series of giant stone spires, several stories tall, rising up out of the water of the lake. The stone spires are hollow, and have several windows set in them. A long stone bridge leads to the entrance, and is set just below the surface of the water, so that anyone crossing it would appear to walk on the surface of the water. The stone spires have several floors built into them, the rooms and tunnels on the inside of the spires are smoothed and polished stone, often with arching ceilings. There are periodic lights of a magical nature which keep the fortress well lit. Also, there are often statues depicting elves bearing stone shields, swords, and armor. These statues are actually golems, and will come alive at Xae's command, or to defend her and her guests and servants.
Having built the fortress from the ground up, Xae also took the opportunity to weave technology into the fortress as well. Though it looks like simply medieval level technology, it actually is electrically wired, and has modern plumbing as well as internet access.
The fortress has six spires in total, arranged in a hexagonal shape. The base of each spire is close enough to touch the neighboring spire, and a low wall between each spire keeps the water from the lake from slipping in between them. In the middle of the six spires is a courtyard that has been filled with earth up to just above the water level. This bit of ground in the middle of the spires has been well landscaped, planted with grass and planted with fruit trees. From each spire there's a pathway of cut stone leading to the center, where they meet at a large hexagonal fountain.
The southernmost spire Is the entry spire. It is the one connected to the bridge that goes from the castle to the lake edge. This bridge connects to a large set of iron banded double doors. A portcullis can be dropped down as well if needed, though this is often kept raised and out of sight in peaceful times. The front of this spire also bears arrow slits, as well as holes where boiling water or burning oil can be poured through. There are numerous guard statues in the entryway as well. Aside from the fortifications, this spire contains public rooms and guest quarters, where Xae can house visitors to her Fortress.
The southwest spire houses the dining rooms, living rooms, and kitchens. The grand dining room is a large vaulted chamber, with tapestries and chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. There is a long table that can seat hundreds of guests, with a throne at one end for Xae. Aside from this, there are also a few smaller dining rooms for smaller parties, or quicker meals. Some of the rooms just contain comfortable chairs and sofas, as well as modern conveniences like big screen TVs. One of these has been made into an elaborate home theater. The kitchens and larders are here as well, and can store up a good deal of food for lean times or sieges. There are both modern and arcane means of keeping food fresh, including freezers and runes of preservation.
The Northwest spire is the servant quarters. Here, the servants that Xae employed are housed, and can find all the amenities that they need. They have their own bedrooms, living rooms, bathing areas, and such. They also contain entertainment areas for when the servants are not needed, or off duty, such as a basketball court, a small gym, a pool, and other such amenities. There is a kitchen and dining room here for the servants as well. In the underground levels there are the facilities for washing laundry.
The southeast spire is Xae's personal spire. Her private bedchambers, wardrobe, bathroom, bathing room and such are located in this spire. One of the floors is taken up with a vast library of literature, mostly from other races' culture, but some dark elf scripts can be found here. Additionally, there is a treasury vault here, where Xae keeps her wealth and items of value to her. Lastly, one floor of the spire is devoted to a shrine of the goddess Rina_Elis.
The northeast spire is currently under construction still. There is a large room, taking up several stories, being cleared out here. A large doorway is being carved to one of the outer walls of the spire, located halfway up its height. Mechanical components and such are stored here. Additionally, the generators which power the fortress, as well as the village being built beyond the lake, are housed in this spire.
The northernmost spire is the magical spire. In this spire, Xae keeps her library of magical tomes and scrolls here, which take up several stories. Additionally, her primary alchemy lab, and storage for alchemy components is kept in this spire. There are a couple vaults as well, one containing dangerous or unknown magical items. The other was built around a raw portal nexus several stories beneath the water level. This portal nexus is one of the reasons that Xae chose this location for her home. This portal nexus is generally chaotic and wild, being very hazardous to even be near. However, with the right spell, Xae can tame it and use it to go wherever she will.
Magical ability:
When Lady Xae came to the park, she used up much of her innate power, and abandoned her library of knowledge and her magical artifacts. The only item of note she carries is her staff. The gem on top of the staff bears a powerful enchantment and acts as a phylactery for Lady Xae's soul. Should she be killed, but the gem survive, she will eventually revive. The gem is also a potent magnet for magical power, a reservoir of sorts she can use to gather magic from the surroundings, or for intercepting a hostile spell. If used to intercept a spell, she can use that spell for herself. However, it can only hold one such spell at any given time. Alternatively, she can fire out bursts of raw magical energy from the staff, depleting the stored magics eventually.
Thanks to Esme's tinkering, the staff can now charge up a burst of magical energy before firing. When the burst is fired, it will explode upon impact.
Thanks to the new goddess Rina_Elis, the staff now bears several divine runes on it. The staff bears a spark of her divine power, and will cause a burning pain in anyone who touches it besides Xae, and those who Xae say may wield it. The staff may channel stored magic into a spell gem, recharging it instantly for another use, though this can only be done once a day.
Thanks to Blizzare, Xae's staff was imbued with the power from the horns of the elder dragon Alatreon. The staff is now almost completely black, except for the spell gems and crystals, and looked like it was made out of dragon hide as it was covered in thousands of small scales. The divine runes have been incorporated in a series of what appeared to be cracks along it's length. These cracks were purple and glowing and were actually crystals. Extremely powerful crystals just pulsing purple with the raw power. The phylactery gem on top of the staff was now held firmly in place by four dragon claws in the cardinal directions (( Aka at right angles to one another)) Four smaller claws set between the larger four as well. There was a lesser crystal at the bottom, also held in a similar manner but the four main claws met and bent outwards to form a dangerous if short spike and lacked the smaller claws.
This change has made the staff incredibly durable, but still light as wood. The upgrade lets Xae shift the bursts of magic fired from it into fire, ice, lightning, or a destructive element called 'dragon' which appears like black and red sparks. (The dragon element is particularly harmful to dragons) This augment can be applied to other spells as well.
Thanks to Morana, The phylactery gem on top of Xae's staff now has a magical rune embedded in it. It is a rune of light and purity, and is gradually purifying the soul within the phylactery. It also removes foreign and harmful influences. Morana also gave Xae a dagger made from the soul of a deceased Reaper.
Due to outwitting the greater demon Alhara and keeping her from claiming Xae's soul, Xae bears a minor curse of bad luck for a while.
Despite lacking her innate magic, she does have a way to make new ones. She can infuse a stone with a bit of essence from another person to enchant it. This essence is generally blood, but any sample of flesh would do. If lacking flesh and blood, other bits of their being can be substituted. Once enchanted, the stone becomes a small gem, able to store up a spell's worth of magical energy. Each gem can only cast a single specific spell, and only once before it must be recharged by magic from another source. It generally takes a gem 24 hours to recharge. Through these spell gems, she has been able to rebuild a catalog of spells she can draw on.
Magic spells: Before coming to the park, Xae had categorized all her magic into 16 different broad schools. However, these schools are fluid, with more being added as needed, large schools being broken up into smaller ones, or small schools merged into larger ones. Coming to the nexus, for example, prompted Xae to create a 17th school to accommodate a new branch of magic she discovered.
Alteration: Spells that produce changes in the body, mind, or spirit of the self.
Spell: Vampirism. This spell causes Xae to grow fangs, and grants her the ability to heal her wounds by drinking the blood of another. However, it makes her extremely vulnerable to sunlight. The changes last about an hour.
Appearance: This gem looks like a small ruby, cut in the shape of a waterdrop. If one looks closely, one can see a tiny fang in the center of the gem.
Origin: This gem was made from a fang from Dark_bloodlust after Xae turned his shrinking spell back on him and ate him.
Spell: Beast's blood. This spell causes Xae to change into a more monstrous form of herself, becoming much taller, and gaining bulging muscles, fangs, claws, and shifting her eyes to vertical slits. In this form, she is constantly in a state of rage and bloodlust, and will attack with animalistic hunger. The form lasts only a short while, and leaves Xae exhausted at the end.
Appearance: A grey fang shaped gem that comes to a dagger sharp point.
Origin: This gem was made from the blood of a dead harvenger of The_Infection.
Spell: Giant's size. This spell can increase Xae's size to giant proportions, for a brief while. She cannot cast other spells while in giantess form.
Appearance: A cut yellow Topaz.
Origin: This gem was made from a bit of blood donated by Herian, after Xae traded for it with a meal (Herself).
Spell: Habitable Body. This spell can alter Xae's body to make it more habitable to any inside of it. This includes providing fresh air, halting enzyme and acid production, and other minor effects.
Appearance: A white, partially clear teardrop shaped gem.
Origin: this gem was made from a bit of cum from Ryoko05 after a wild night of sex.
Spell: Dragon wings. This spell causes large dragon wings to sprout from the target's back. The color of the wings are based on the color of the target. These wings allow flight.
Appearance: A red gem, in the shape of a dragon wing.
Origin: this gem was made from some blood donated by Markus_Sayomi.
Spell: Might. This spell grants the target many times their normal strength.
Appearances: This gem is a smoky red in color, in a plain cube shape.
Origin: This spell gem was made from the blood of a slain ogre.
Spell: Mimicry. This spell grants the target the ability, skill, and knowledge to mimic one witnessed, recently performed task, spell, or attack.
Appearances: A bright pink hexagonal gem.
Origin: This spell gem was made from a bit of Majin_Aann's goo.
Transformation: Spells that change the target from one form into a completely new one.
Spell: Ooze form. This spell transforms Xae into a gelatinous ooze being. She can choose to maintain her form, or collapse into a dark grey liquid. The spell lasts about ten minutes.
Appearance: This gem is a dark grey in color, and a faceted sphere in shape. If pressed, the gem will squish like jello, but will spring back to normal when released.
Origin: This gem was made from a bit of ooze taken from Zypher in a rather foolhardy attempt to poke it's dragon form in the tail with a knife.
Spell: Pest form. This spell causes the target to shrink down to a few inches in height, and gain the properties of a common pest. These can include traits like a mouse tail and ears, moth wings and antennae, a scorpion tail and pincers, a half spider body, and such. The spell lasts until it is dismissed.
Appearance: A small clear gem containing a tiny white silhouette of an animal.
Origin: this gem was made from a bit of cum from Tom Tommymorph after Xae had been cock vored.
Spell: Scylla form. This spell transforms Xae into a dark elf/ squid hybrid, giving her gills, slick skin, and a cluster of tentacles instead of legs. The form lasts until dismissed.
Appearance: An inky black piece of obsidian.
Origin: This gem was made from a little ink from Mina_Sato after she was transformed into a half squid.
Spell: Succubus form. This spell transforms the user into a lesser succubus. They gain horns, wings, a spade tail, talons on their fingers and toes, and slit pupils. This spell also increases the users lust somewhat, as well as projecting an aura that creates lustful feelings in others. Overuse of this spell can cause an infernal taint in the user.
Appearance: A milky white gem, in the shape of a claw, bearing a red tip.
Origin: This spell gem was made from a little of the resulting cum left behind after Xae was cock vored by Alhara
Augmentation: Not true spells, but effects or improvements that are applied to existing spells.
Spell: Empowerment. This spell magnifies the effects of one other spell, increasing it's effectiveness by an order of magnitude. However, this increased power brings with it a slight unpredictability in just how the spell will be magnified.
Appearance: A shiny scale, with white and gold patterns resembling a koi fish's scales.
Origin: This gem was made from a scale donated from the koi mermaid Jasmine_Maylor, after Xae gave her a new home in her castle's lake.
Conjuration: spells that summon extraplanar beings and/or bind them to one's will.
Spell: Summon Marilith. This spell summons a tall, six armed demoness in armor and bearing several weapons. The marilith is loyal to Xae, and will follow her commands.
Appearance: A red circular gem, with a hint of smoke inside of it.
Origin: This gem was a gift from Esme.
Spell: Summon Barrioth. This spell summons a large, sabertooth tiger like dragon beast. The barrioth will heed Xae's commands but still has a wild streak to it and can be strong willed.
Appearance: A bright orange gem, in the shape of a tusk
Origin: This gem was made from the blood of a wounded barrioth, gathered while Xae and her friends were healing and feeding it.
Spell: Summon Goomba. This spell summons a regular goomba from the mario brothers universe. That's all. Nothing fancy. Don't step on it.
Appearance: A piece of brown smoky quartz, in the shape of a goomba.
Origin: This gem was made from a bit of goomba blood, to demonstrate the ritual for creating spell gems to KoopaKingBowser
Divination: spells that grant extra knowledge.
Spell: Comprehend language. This spell allows Xae to read, write, hear, or speak any unknown language for a period of one hour.
Appearance: This gem is a semi-clear milky white in color, and cut into the shape of a tiny quill pen.
Origin: This gem was made from a sample from Sky_Nya after Xae had temporarily absorbed him.
Illusion: Spells that alter perception or create false sensations.
Spell: Kitsune Fog. This spell summons up an illusionary fog over a large area of land. Sense of direction is very difficult to maintain while in the magical fog, and devices like compasses will not work. Additionally, noises can be heard from different locations in the fog, meant to unsettle or mislead anyone trapped in it.
Appearance: A white cloudy gem, shaped like a foxtail wound up in a spiral.
Origin: this spell was made from a few hairs donated by the kitsune form of OldOne
Spell: Beauty shroud. This spell causes the user to appear as whatever the observer considers to be the pinnacle of beauty. This can range from mild tweaks to the user's appearance, to making them look like entirely different species.
Appearance: A small red gem, disk shaped, with a black spiral in it.
Origin: This spell was made from the leftover demon cum from a demon that Xae summoned (and who subsequently raped and ate Xae). The demon was played by Scion.
Necromancy: Spells that alter or manipulate death, undeath, or spirits.
Spell: Animate dead. This spell will animate any corpse or skeleton back to life. The undead's mind is simple though, unable to understand commands more complex than 'wait here' or 'attack'
Appearances: this spell gem looks like a milky white knucklebone, occasionally giving off black whisps.
Origin: This spell gem was made from the bone fragments of a vaporized Lich
Spell: Summon spirit. This spell will summon up a spirit of the dead. With time and effort, a specific spirit can be selected.
Appearances: This spell gem is dark purple in color, and shaped in a swirling spiral. Whenever one looks away, it tends to change its shape subtly.
Origin: This spell gem was made from the burnt ash of a vaporized Lich.
Spell: Spirit vision. This spell lets the user see souls, spirits, ghosts, and such, whether still alive in a person or free floating. Additionally, it lets the user see reapers.
Appearances: A blue eye shaped gem. It has a small black bit of obsidian in the shape of a skull for a pupil.
Origin: this spell was made from some of the sand the reaper Morana used to make her body.
Enchantment: Spells that imbue an object with magical properties
Spell: Pocket dimension. This spell creates a small pocket dimension within an enclosed container, vessel, or sealed area. This spell allows the object to hold much more matter than it normally should, creating extra 'space' within said object.
Appearance: This is a dark purple gem, shaped like a torus. Depending on the angle held, and how it's moved, the space in the middle of the torus seems to grow or shrink.
Origin: Xae made this spell from a drop of her own blood.
Spell: Stone swim. This spell allows the target to swim through stone as if it was water. Like water, it cannot be breathed (even if one can normally breathe water)
Appearance: A molten yellow gem, shaped like a horn. If one looks closely, they can see liquid sloshing inside of it slowly.
Origin: this gem was made from some blood donated by Volcanica
Spell: Lightning enchantment. This spell allows the user to imbune an object with electricity. Said object will continually produce a steady current. If not allowed to discharge, it will build up until lightning arcs from it or something touches it.
Appearance: A smooth sphere, blue in color. Tiny arcs of electricity can be seen inside of it.
Origin: this gem was made from a bit of flesh from the tail of a white Fatalis. Said tail was in Blizzare trophy room.
Spell: Dragon rune. This spell creates a magical rune on a flat, solid surface which will last until it is triggered. The trigger is set at creation, and can be a variety of things. Timed, proximity, spoken command word, and the like. When triggered, the dragon rune causes an explosion of black and red lightning. This lightning is particularly harmful to dragons. Alternatively, this spell can dispell a dragon rune already in place.
Appearance: An obsidian black disk shaped gem. A rune glowing in red is etched on the front of it.
Origin: This spell was made from the blood of a slain Stygian Zinogre, killed while on a hunt with Blizzare.
Spell: Endless water. This spell, when cast upon a container, cup, or similar object that can hold water, will cause said object to constantly be full of water. If some is spilled out or drank, more will appear instantly. If left on it's side, water will continue to pour out until the object is submerged.
Appearance: A blue gem, shaped like a raindrop. This gem feels perpetually wet, and will occasionally drip with pure water.
Origin: This spell was made from the blood of a slain Royal Ludroth.
Spell: Bestow skill. This spell will enchant an item to provide a magical boost to skill and ability. The exact skill and ability is dependent on the item enchanted. A sword will make one a better swordsman, a pen will make one a better writer, a shield would make one better at defending themselves with one. And so on.
Appearance: A bright blue crystal. Inside of the crystal, little sparks of electricity can be seen flowing along faint lines resembling neurons.
Origin: this spell was made from the blood of a slain Abyssal Lagiacrus.
Restoration: Spells that heal or regenerate flesh, promote growth, and deal with life and living.
Spell: Regeneration. This spell will heal a single wound, or replace a segment of missing tissue or limb.
Appearance: This gem is bright blue in color, with a metallic sheen. It is shaped like a reptilian scale.
Origin: This gem was made from a bit of ichor donated by Blizzare.
Spell: Life. This powerful spell can heal a life threatening wound and restore a target to good health. Alternatively, it can infuse an inanimate object with life.
Appearances: This spell gem is white with green streaks though it. It is in the shape of an eight pointed star.
Origin: this spell gem was made from the sap of a magic tree, brought back to life by Falzar
Spell: Stone of Terra. The Stone of Terra can remove corruption or taint from a person, object, or area through physical contact. The greater the corruption, the longer it takes to remove it.

Origin: The Stone of Terra is not a spell gem. Rather, it was a gift from ZheKazehana. As such, it is not limited to one use per charge. Xae has yet to find a functional limit to it, outside from the time it takes to remove corruption.
Spell: Minor Poison resistance. This spell grants the caster a limited resistance to toxins, poisons, and venoms. Weak poisons are neutralized altogether, while stronger ones are weakened.
Appearance: A cross of rose quartz.
Origin: This spell gem was made with the blood of a slain Conga.
Natural: Spells that deal with plant and animal life.
Spell: Summon vines. This spell summons up to four vines from the ground or floor. These vines are prehensible and can grasp, move, or squeeze objects. They follow the summoner's commands, provided they are simple ones. After five minutes, the vines wither away.
Appearance: This gem is a clear yellow green in color, save for a few white veins in it. It is shaped like a leaf with a hole in one side.
Origin: this gem was made from a bit of leaf kindly donated by Fern_DemiBayleef.
Elemental: Spells dealing with raw physical matter.
Spell: Stone shaping. This spell can reshape stone of various sizes to a shape pictured in the mind of the user. However, the shaping takes place very slowly, and can take up to a day to reach it's final shape for very large amounts of stone.
Appearance: This gem is more of a pebble, looking like a little piece of polished round grey stone. Though, the surface does glitter when in light.
Origin: This gem was made after Leela Nadherny TunnelingCat consumed her. When Xae's soul escaped, it took a bit of essence with it that she made into a spell gem when she reformed.
Spell: Conjure Ice This spell allows Xae to summon ice up to a volume of two meters squared. She can shape this ice however she pleases.
Appearance: A cube of an ice like crystal. It is cool to the touch and has a faint blue glow in the middle
Origin: this gem was made from a piece of ice from Tanya_Roberts After Xae found her and her emerging magic powers.
Spell: Maelstrom. This spell summons a massive whirlpool in any body of water, very dangerous to ships or ocean dwelling creatures. It has limited effectiveness on land.
Appearance: This gem is a deep blue in color, and circular in shape. Looking in it, one can see water swirling in it.
Origin: This spell was made from the severed talon of a Lagiacrus.
Spell: Summon sustenance. This spell creates a hearty meal, both food and drink, out of thin air. Every item in the meal, though, has honey in it's making some way or another. Honey cakes, honey baked ham, mead, and such like. Xae cannot control exactly what foods show up though.
Appearance: This gem is a dark gold in color, and shaped like seven hexagons put together to make a honeycomb shape.
Origin: This spell was made from a sample of honey from Honey_Mitsu. The honey was also very delicious.
Spell: Orb of wind. This spell summons a sphere of intense winds, blowing in a direction of Xae's choosing. Xae can direct this sphere wherever she wants.
Appearance: A grey spherical gem. One can feel a slight breeze while holding it.
Origin: This spell was made from a feather donated by Altira (Petyr)
Spell: Water Walking. This spell allows one to walk or move across water as if it were solid ground. One's feet will hit a solid surface about an inch beneath the surface of the water. Should one choose, they may temporarily suspend the spell, to dive beneath the surface.
Appearance: A blue gem, in the shape of a foot.
Origin: This spell was made from the blood of a slain Ludroth.
Spell: elemental adaption. This spell allows the user to absorb an element or energy from the environment and shift their body to match. If the user absorbs water, their body will become liquid, for example. Additionally, for some reason, the spell also grants the user a very long and sticky tongue.
Appearance: A milky white gem, shaped into a four pointed star. One point is warm, one is moist, one is rough, and one always has a little breeze coming from it.
Origin: This spell was made from a little blood from Desidia, after Xae traded her some moonstones.
Spell: Earthquake. This spell causes a wide area of land to shake violently, reminescent of a severe earthquake. It is capable of toppling buildings, but Xae cannot control it once cast.
Appearance: A brown stone, with a 'crack' made of a transparent teal crystal going down the middle of it.
Origin: This spell was made from the hairs from the mane of a Ceadeus she and Blizzare drove away from an inhabited island.
Evocation: Spells that manipulate energy in its various forms.
Spell: Lightning blood. This spell causes Xae's body to become electrically charged. Anything touching her will be severely shocked, and she can fire off bolts of lightning. Eventually, the charge will dwindle and fade to nothing, as electricity escapes through her feet into the ground. Shooting lightning or shocking something will cause the charge to fade faster.
Appearance: This gem is shaped in the form of a lightning bolt, and is a deep blue in color. One can see yellow sparks on the inside of it from time to time.
Origin: This gem was made from a slain shock trooper in a battle with The_Infection.
Spell: Ray of fire. This spell causes an intense beam of heat and fire to shoot out from the caster, aimed for wherever she will. The beam can be fired as is, or narrowed down, concentrating it's heat.
Appearance: An orange gem, triangular in shape. It glows with a faint fiery light, and is warm to the touch.
Origins: this gem was made from some blood from an Agnaktor slain by Markus_Sayomi
Spell: Light. This spell can generate a glowing orb of light, ranging from extremely dim to blinding bright. The brighter the light, the shorter it lasts. A lantern level brightness can last up to 24 hours.
Appearance: This gem is a clear white in color, shaped like a feather. It sometimes glows softly.
Origin: This spell gem was made from a feather donated by RamonaTheMage
Spell: Dragon's lightning. This spell summons up a mass of a crackling black and red energy. Xae can direct the movement and flight paths of this sphere mentally, and can alter it's shape into rough forms. This energy is particularly harmful to dragons.
Appearance: This gem takes the form of an obsidian black forked horn. Occasionally it emits black and red sparks.
Origin: this spell gem was made from a piece of a horn taken from a black dragon named Alatreon.
Spell: Lesser Electro Shock. This spell conjures up a spectral blue hand, shaped like Xae's in midair. The hand is intangible and transparent, and obeys Xae's commands. Should the hand touch an enemy upon the spine, or on the belly, a lesser portion of their energy will be seized and twisted into an attack on the target. If there's any enchantments or spells active on the target, they will be changed first by the spell. If the hand doesn't touch anything, it fades after a minute.
Appearance: A blue sapphire gem, in the shape of a hand held flat. The tips of the fingers and thumb glow with a soft light.
Origin: This spell was made with a bit of blood from Shen_Grey, donated after a friendly Ki vs Magic sparring match.
Temporal: Spells that deal in manipulating space or time.
Spell: Haste. This spell temporarily speeds up the user, allowing them to react or run faster than normal. This spell also speeds up metabolism, and tends to leave users hungry.
Appearance: A purplish gem shaped like a reptilian foot. There's a few orange highlights going along it's length.
Origin: this spell was made from a sample of blood from a Jaggi.
Spell: Portal. This spell can be used to create a portal to any known location, or location that can be seen. Alternatively, it can be used to stabilize and modify an existing rift or natural portal.
Appearance: A silvery transparent Penrose triangle. When looking through the middle, one can see a random dimension. Looking at it or feeling it too long will cause a headache and sensations of nausea.
Origin: after Xae exploded from information overload (due to a misinterpreted wish from Dijinn, Xae made this after she reformed with said information, and a bit of the ash left over from the explosion.
Spell:Light step. This spell allows one to teleport while in bright light to another area of bright light instantaneously. The destination has to be visible to the spell user and unoccupied, otherwise the spell fails.
Appearance: A white glowing gem, cut into a triangle. Looking into it can sometimes let one see other nearby areas of bright light.
Origin: this spell was made from one of Rina Elis' gems, converting the essence of a slain shadow demon into a spell.
Astral: Spells that manipulate aspects of the void, stars, gravity, and the heavens.
Spell: Bowser bomb. This spell manipulates gravity to let the user jump high into the air and land without harm. While in the air, the user may suddenly accelerate in any direction they choose, though straight down is the most powerful. The user is immune to the impact.
Appearance: A scaly green orb, which is heavier than what it looks like.
Origin: This gem was created from a scale donated by KoopaKingBowser, in exchange for magical aid when fighting Mario.
Spell: Transverse space. This spell summons a persistent shell of continually refreshed air around the caster and any nearby allies. This air never runs out of oxygen, and remains in place even in vacuum, and blocks out foreign gasses. The people inside the shell are not affected by outside gravity, but can be 'pulled' by gravity in any direction the caster wishes.
Appearance: A transparent blue grey orb, with faint points of glitter slowly swirling inside of it.
Origin: this gem was created from a bit of blood donated by Avon.
Psionic: Spells that influence the mind.
Spell: Binding. This spell can be used to bind the will of an animal, person, undead, demon, or other creature to Xae's will. The target can only understand commands it is normally capable of, meaning animals can only follow the simplest of commands. The more strong willed a creature or person is, the harder it is to bind them, and the easier it is for them to break free.
Appearance: A circular torus, made from interswirled black and white colors.
Origin: this gem was made from cum left behind after Esme filled Xae with it.
Spell: Calm Mind. This spell calms and soothes the mind of the target, quelling emotions and preventing them from clouding judgement and helping to heal mental trauma or injury.
Appearance: A purple gem, cut in the shape of a claw. It has a streak of green scale like glitter going down the middle.
Origins: This gem was made from a bit of blood donated by Jane.
Spell: Sleep mist. This spell conjures up a faint area of white mist in a rough orb shape. The mist hovers in place, until it disperses or is blown away by wind. Anyone within the orb will feel a sudden fatigue and desire to sleep set in, growing stronger the longer one is within the mist. The larger Xae makes the orb, the weaker it's effect.
Appearance: A white pearly gem, shaped like a crescent moon.
Origin: this gem was made from the blood of a slain Baggi, while on a hunt with Blizzare.
Spell: Lust of the Omnibus. This spell will flood a target's mind with extreme amounts of sexual lust, clouding their judgement and logic. However, overuse of this spell can cause infernal taint on the user.
Appearance: A black diamond, cut in an oval shape. The face of it bears an infernal rune in glowing red.
Origin: This spell gem was made by the demon Alhara
Spell: Submissive. This spell greatly lowers the willpower of a target. However, the stronger willed the target originally is, the more likely they are to resist the spell effects, or if affected, the more quickly their will recovers.
Appearance: A small red spherical gem, that turns to a dull grey when you look directly at it.
Origin: This spell gem was made from a drop of blood from PepperChilly, after Xae agreed to let Pepper eat her with her butt.
Warding: Spells designed to protect or guard
Spell: Uragaan hide. This spell causes the target's skin to toughen and gain a scaly, rocky texture. In addition, a series of bony protrusion or knobs will sprout along the back of their head, neck, and back. This change greatly increases the physical durability of the skin, as well as heat resistance of the body.
Appearance: A smoky gold gem, in the shape of a knobby sphere. It is heavier than it looks.
Origin: This gem was made from some blood from an Uragaan that was captured by Blizzare
Spell: Light Screen: This spell creates a rectangular barrier of shimmering light. Matter can pass through it, but energy, such as light, heat, and electricity, will be reflected.
Appearance: A small disk, a clear golden yellow in color. It seems to sparkle when light is shined on it.
Origin: This gem was made from some blood donated by Piku
Spell: Dancing blade. This spell summons up a ghostly curved, jagged sword, that hovers in midair by the caster. This sword can attack foes, or parry attacks. The caster may direct it, but the sword will act on its own without direction, favoring defense over offense.
Appearance: A silvery blue gem, shaped like a jagged claw.
Origin: This gem was made from some blood from a slain Shogun Ceanataur.
Spell: Holy Aegis. This spell summons up a glowing armor of light around the user. This holy ethereal armor will deflect the next attack that will wound or slay the user. If not struck, the spell fades after an hour.
Appearance: A white gem, resembling a helmet in shape. It has a plume of a blue, wispy energy.
Origin: This spell gem was made from one of Rina Elis' magical gems, converting the essence of a slain magma demon into a spell.
Technological: A new category Xae had to invent after coming to the Nexus. These spells affect and influence technology.
Spell: Optimize device. This spell can repair the damage done to a machine or device, up to one foot in diameter. On larger devices, it will repair a portion of the damage only. On an undamaged device, said device or machine will be improved in some small yet measurable way. An engine might become slightly more fuel efficient, a lightbulb less likely to burn out, a computer slightly faster.

Origin: This spell was made from a drop of blood donated from Savi_Ignus.
Spell: Mana turret. This spell summons up a turret reminiscent of the ones in the Portal 2 game. Xae, if she wishes, may 'load' the turret with an attack spell. Rather than firing bullets, the turret will shoot that spell instead. Xae can give the turret verbal directions.
Alternatively, the spell can summon a new turret gal by the name of Mana, who bears similar abilities as the base turret.
Appearance: A white pearly oval, divided lengthwise with a black line, and with a red dot in the center.
Origin: This spell was made from a tiny bit of scrap from the turret girl Blue AS_TurretGals
Divine spells: Spells granted by gods or deities, or bearing a holy element.
Spell: Holy Arrow. This spell shoots off a bolt of divine energy shaped like an arrow. The more evil the target, the more damage the arrow does.
Appearance: A white transparent gem, cut in the shape of an arrowhead.
Origin: This spell was given to her by the goddess Rina_Elis
Spell: Fortune. This spell blesses the caster with a little divine luck in whatever they do. In games, rolls and card draws tend to go their way. In combat, minor events like the sun getting in an enemy's eyes at just the right time occur.
Appearance: A black spade made from jet, much like one sees on playing cards.
Origin: After being eaten by Raven the Blackjack_Dealer, Xae was digested, but took just a bit of her essence with her when she returned to her staff to reform. This essence was used to make the spell.
Spell: Holy Brand. This spell blesses an item or weapon with holy energy, making it particularly resistant to damage in general, and infernal energies in particular. This also makes the weapon particularly deadly to demons and devils. An item blessed in this manner always has a glowing holy rune visible on it's surface somewhere.
Appearance: A transparent white gem, in the shape of a circle. It has a glowing rune on it.
Origin: This spell was made from an infernal wisp, after it was captured by one of the purification gems given to Xae by Rina_Elis, while hunting demons with ElenaLasra
Spell: Summon Valkyrie. This spell summons a powerful warrior angel maiden, wearing a plate armor of mythril, winged helmets, and a long spear with a radiant spearhead. These warrior angels can summon up a pegasus to ride into battle if needed. Additionally, Valkyries wield powerful holy magics, as well as healing abilities. Valkyries, unlike other summons, maintain a free will. While willing to help out for a good cause, they will punish frivolous summons.
Appearance: A small white gem in the shape of a spear head. While holding it, the galloping of hooves and the call of a trumpet can faintly be heard.
Origin: This gem was made from a portion of the essence of an archdemon slain by ElenaLarsa.
Items of interest
Xae has acquired several moon rocks, after taking a trip into space with Avon.
Additionally, Avon has given Xae a tiny speck of the being known as 'Purity', one of the founding aspects of the universe.
Xae has scavenged and recovered most of a crashed small transport spaceship.
Xae has received several magical gems from Rina_Elis. These can capture the power of a defeated demon, and turn it into a holy based spell Xae can use.
Xae has acquired the crystalline back spines of an Abyssal Lagiacrus.
In a recent trip to the Reverse world, Xae collected several berries from a sample of the local plant life. She planted these to grow what she calls the 'Penrose berry shrub'. The branches of this plant twist into impossible shapes that hurt the eye trying to decipher.
Xae had a suit of lightweight mage armor made for her by the blacksmith Dana_Bloodforge. It bears a magical ruby in the center of the chest. Xae hasn't found a use for it yet, but she has several ideas.
