Rayni Lionel is a hyperactive young human woman who has recently found herself in this plane of existence. In vore, she leans mostly (read: always) towards women.
What's pictured is just one of two outfits she wears on a normal basis. Something not pictured in the main picture there are black combat boots which she picked out herself. She switches between the currently pictured dress and a more contemporary-looking outfit. A pink t-shirt that exposes her white bra straps, shoulders and collarbone with a white tennis miniskirt, with matching white sneakers. In terms of her personality, she has a bad tendency to jump to conclusions before she lets somebody finish. While this leads to the common misconception that she has a short attention span, one can get her attention easily in a warm environment. No one knows why this is. When one works past her speed, they can see a passionate woman who genuinely knows what she's doing and cannot tell a lie. This can mean that she lets a secret or two slip, but she can often redact that with a sharp kick to the listener's ribs.
Some prey beware, however: she sometimes eats for keeps. Outside of this dimension, she's been known to digest some of her prey. When she digests prey, she gains a random augmentation to her being, such as strength, stamina, or fluid sweetness. There's no connection between her buffs and the traits of the prey she digests, it seems. Otherwise, she is a normal human being with no real powers to speak of (as of this writing), so it's possible to overpower her if she's not paying attention, unfortunately.
