Ilhzagol, a character with a name so convoluted if it wasn't for Eka's portal auto fill in on character login he'd probably be lost in a week.

Both his first and last name are parts of a skyrim shout, each syllable the first middle and last syllable of each respective word.

His first name Ilhzagol is a portmanteau of iilah unahzaal rahgol, translating to Moon's unending rage.

His last name, Dornvulok meanwhile is a portmanteau of doriik unahzuul bahlok, translating to Predator's eternal hunger.

He has a wind nanosapien named Kaishi ; if he's ever imprisoned for longer than a month, Kaishi will go berserk and start killing people until he is set free.

Law abiding predator

Ilhzagol is resting in his prison cell, meditating slightly. He's been arrested for predation on the innocent, but is calm but knows he'll be released by the end of the week but why?

1. You are seeking his services, and after a pact is made he forcefully frees himself, but lets you know once his job is complete their life is forfeit.

2.you are a lesser predator, seeking his teachings and break him out.

3. You are a negotiator, demanding to know how he still kills behind those bars. you are given a first hand demonstration, as his shadow creeps towards you and you devoured by it before he burps up the key that was in your pocket.

Ilhzagol Dornvulok is one of the "heroes" of the story and is primarily the lunarian of the new moon or on their planet called the "Hollow Moon."
However when he and Lunetta swapped destinies, he became the Lunarian of the Full moon/Hallowed moon.

He represents bargaining in the Kubler Ross mode of grief and is the primary collector of the Leo zodiac fragments, but thanks to Lunetta_Foxbrush has half of the Libra zodiac.

Ilhzagol is one of the many Moon dragons who were exiled into the black heart of Ryue, the moon's core underground, when his egg hatched in the darkness of the New moon/Hollow moon.
In his true form his back scales are a dark grey and his belly scales are "perfect" black described as looking at a black hole absorbing all light.

In his false form he's a wolf anthro with black/dark grey fur. His hair is black, but his muzzle, paws and feet as well as his belly are white. His eyes glow a bright yellow piercing through the darkness; however in his training to become Lunetta's "Anti-existence", he wears a red bandana over his eyes to blind himself, relying on his sense of smell to tell people apart.
Also thanks to Lunetta sharing her power with him along with half of the Libra zodiac fragment, he was given five of her tails' magic, now a five tailed wolf; he keeps them clustered together as one big fluffy tail.

While his parents were acknowledged as veterans of the Divine war it didn't stop the Full moon Lunarians from scooping him up and performing experiments on him. Every day there was peace, the Full moon lunarians knew the next war would be even more deadly; they wanted a trump card, an unstoppable force to whatever immovable object a villain could obtain.

You see lunrians rise and fall with the moon; despite being of different phases, they all feel a power burning inside of them when the moon is full.
After capturing him, they put his body through constant stress and mental agony to emulate the power boost of when the full moon was out; locking him into a permanent full moon phase.
(Imagine a Starving deviljho, their default state is a Normal deviljho's rage mode, his muscles swollen and his blood burning so hot you can see the countless scars of countless battles on his body. When a Starving deviljho is enraged his power soars to a whole new level.)
In theory and soon proven true, this meant when the actual full moon came out his power shot beyond that of even the full moon Lunarians.

At the price of his free will and mental stability, the Full moon lunarians had created a Super soldier, and so with curiosity sated locked him away, restraining his power by binding him in chains made from the bones of a sphinx.
He was only released to lead a squad of mercenaries, his fangs bared against those who spoke out against the queen or whoever bought him needed dead. This was how he got fed, encouraged to seek out over people who hungered for his power, making contracts with them to the point people nicknamed him "Faust" for his dubious bargains. He was good at what he did, but he felt hollow knowing at the end of the day he was still a slave.

This changed though when he was visited by Lunetta_Foxbrush in his containment cell; showing pity on a "whim", she swapped her destiny with his, making him a Full moon Lunarian while Lunetta took his place in the darkness. Of course destiny does not like when you mess up her record book, and made sure they paid for their folly.
There places in the timelines switched, he had no clue what Lunetta was doing or had planned the next day; however he was still terribly surprised when Illah, the queen of Ryue asked him if he had destroyed their mistake.

The more he dwelt on this though his mind snapped as he reached a hypothesis:

"That was no ordinary visit, Illah sent Lunetta to kill me! She saw the pain I was in, and rather than end it all she chose to prolong my torment, exchanging one cage for another.
And now armed with my destiny filled with chaos, she's down there among the mortals!
. . . I'll won't let you make them suffer Lunetta; I'll kill them before you do! "

He was absolutely livid at this fact, having just enough reason to come up with a plan to hunt her down. Lunetta was able to swap destinies with him because she knew his true name, and so long as she did, Lunetta would always have the upper hand.



1:46 So taking the book that held his history, his existence; he started a roaring blaze

1:57 and threw it and himself into the fire. His body now black as charcoal, covered in the soot of his ancient past. His past gone he gave himself a new name, a name that if spoken would mean their death. Ilhzagol (Moon's unending rage) Dornvulok (Predator's eternal hunger).

He would be immortal as long as she existed, and he would see it to her tongue was ripped out for her deceit; that she was dragged into the flames, burning to ash in his embrace.

Occupation

Ilhzagol is the Guildmaster of an undercover guild called "The guild of Mortem" or rather the guild of death. Ilhzagol given a pin that bestows upon him a vast comprehension of death in all it's forms and ways to bring about death. The Guild of Mortem is one of the most intimidating yet straight to the point guild you climb through the ranks based on how many people you have killed.
It's very lethal trying to get into the guild since you can die at any moment ironically because of the guildmaster himself.
If you start to feel remorse or guilt because of your kills Ilhzagol will start stalking you silently, offering to release you from the guild in their signature way, being swallowed by shadows.

Beyond the guild he lives up to his nickname of Faust, slinking through the night he offers the use of his power to people; however at the price of once his contract is complete their life is forfeit, the only way to extent your life is to order him to kill a massive amount of targets. He's an assasin with no morals or hesitation when it comes to killing; anyone can die, and to him the sooner the better so they do not have to face tragedy.

Personality

Primarily a collector of the Leo constellation he fits into this well. Ilhzagol is very independent but deep down need something to control and someone to admire him and would crumble quickly if his prey didn't say they appreciated what he was doing for them.
And while he is fully capable of being greatly successful on his own his true joy comes from having an audience and a following of people who look up to him.

His greatest weakness is a fear of isolation, lost in the shadows with no one to talk too; when imprisoned this is why he starts to freak out if kept in solitary confinement for too long.

Apart of the reason why people so easily follow his orders and belief is because of this.
People are attracted to Ilhzagol's zest for life and his spirit. He have the ability to lift up one's spirits and provide encouragement when times are rough, but due to the Libra fragment he sees so many flaws in people he's deluded himself into thinking that death is ultimately the best thing for a mortal, and thus his spirit is more like a black hole; anyone who stays around him long enough will eventually get eaten if they can't stay positive.

His enthusiasm attracts people, Leos are social butterflies, not because they want to be but because people always naturally gravitate and surround the Leo. He has a great public image in society, unlike Lunetta who has to corrupt and manipulate people into loving and remembering her; Ilhzagol is on everyone's lips and to be forgotten is impossible for him since people have actively hunted him down to ensure he was alright.
