Too many elves.
Some drow like to live in seclusion and bar themselves from the public world as much as possible. Then there are some like Zelithra who seek publicity if only to further their own desires and intents. Zelithra was born and raised in a small village of drow, where she was taught to respect her own kind, and no other. According to the village, all races were created equally, excluding the drow, who were said to be above all others. As a child, Zelithra believed this, though over time she slowly learned that she was not the most superior of all species. Though she has yet to change her views on other sorts of elves, whom she still deems as the lower class.
Zelithra dedicates her time trying to live out her self given legacy, to purge the land of the less fortunate and make the bitter lives of other drow much easier. While she's come to accept that other species exist and she can't always best them, there are of course exceptions. The drow of her village typically never got along with other races of elves. Wood elves and high elves always shamed their name and generally shared the same hostile feelings for one another. Upon leaving her home, Zelithra has taken it upon herself to try to rid the land of the lesser elves and bring justice back to her own people, through any means necessary. That's not to say she wouldn't hunt anyone else, though she does tend to hunt elves on sight. In her mind this isn't racism, it's more of a glorious cleansing, which also happens to keep her well fed on the side.
Zelithra herself is generally pretty relaxed when not on the hunt, often times lazing about or just trying to make her own fun. While not exactly the nicest person in the world, she isn't really cruel either, bordering more on the neutral side of things. The tattoos marked along her body are magical, and help give her the powers needed to carry out her tasks, though using any sort of magical ability tends to drain her energy rather quickly. Known abilities she has in her possession include the ability to manipulate sizes, the power to grant a light shield to her target, weak mind control, and enhanced physical capabilities. While they remain endlessly useful to her, they by all means are nowhere near perfect.
