tl;dr: big metal bamboo lady, and by 'big' I mean 'literally 30 feet tall'. her insides glow and she has rockets for legs. she's pretty sweet-natured and compassionate, but also extremely airheaded and prone to accidentally murdering things, because that's what happens when you're clumsy and enormous and weigh multiple tons. she doesn't understand humans very well, nor does she fully comprehend her own strength, which... doesn't help matters, to say the least. but hey, at least she means well! she's quite amiable... if you can survive long enough to get to know her. the poor thing really does try very hard these days, after having had far too many accidents for her liking.

since arriving on Earth, Xiaoli has taken up the role of main transport and (self-assigned) protector of the Ultra Beast gang, which consists of Washi, Nairee, Jin, Nollie, Bakenhonsu, Spriha, Gilren, and Vance. she's closer with some of them than others, but since they're all stranded here together, she figures that they should have someone they can always turn to when things get tough. ... the feeling isn't always mutual, though, especially because using Xiaoli as a form of transport is mildly horrifying at best. (she doesn't really know how to fly slowly, or keep herself from incinerating things whenever she lands or takes off. she also doesn't have any seatbelts installed. good luck!)
