On first glance, there are a few things that visually separate Jollampuff from a typical Jigglypuff. His mouth is much larger and opens wider than is typically normal, encompassing almost the entirety of his frontal side when fully open. Most of his facial features, most notably the eyes, can appear to move independently across the surface of his skin when it stretches and contracts, and can mimic that of others with a little effort. His, smooth, short fur has an ever so slight purple tint over the usual pink, and his pupils are a turquoise colour. He has a small, flat tail, somewhat like a leaf. Finally, he wears a small red fez, which seems to remain on his head at all times against all odds. He speaks a smattering of English and Pokemon speak that is very difficult to understand in both tongues.
One of the major *non* visual changes between him and a regular Jiggly is perhaps the lack of their most iconic trait - he is a terrible singer more likely to annoy than to put one to sleep. Instead, he makes up for it with an extremely powerful set of lungs, enabling him to scream loudly when needed, but more importantly to control his size by drawing in and releasing air, and to draw people and objects into his mouth with a sharp inhale. Jollam is normally so light that even a gentle breeze can boss him around, but he rectifies this by swallowing other living creatures whole, holding them inside his body anywhere from a matter of hours to a matter of *weeks* to use them as ballast and make his own life more convenient.
As one could probably expect, Jollampuff is mostly hollow, almost literally a stomach with legs. He doesn't normally want to digest people, and as such has excellent control over his digestion, possessing separate enzymes for processing living and unliving matter (though sadly for some, clothing doesn't tend to be spared either way). The space between mouth and stomach is separated by only a single sphincter, allowing him to draw all or part of his prey back into his mouth to toy around with them some more. He can also become vacuum-tight around somebody to pass himself off as a Jigglypuff version of them, or store people in the fatty layer between stomach and skin without even digesting them if he so chooses. Jollampuff very rarely actually releases somebody willingly - either they're freed by an associate, or the prey eventually manages a long, exhausting clamber out of his body while he's sleeping and deflated.
