Welcome to Urth, a profile used to define the setting for characters like
Kelly_Brooks,
Stephanie_Harris and

The origins of life on Urth is remarkibly similiar to that of it's dimensional counterpart, Earth. The caveat being that at some point during the evolutionary advancement of Homo Sapiens, something of presumably extraterriestial origin was added to the genetic pool to form the rarely spawned Homo Superior. The cause for such 'flukes' to appear every so often has never been determined and most eeriely, it seems to be controlled. If this control is natural or artifical, has never been concluded but of much often debate in Urth's media and science communities.
Since the formation of this sub-species to the Human race, there have come a classification to be given to them and ordinary humans. That being the Sublime to the Meek. Various religions of unique and diverse beliefs grew around the world as with Earth, though the primary religion held around the world takes it even further with the outright worship of these supposedly touched beings as literal deities. And given their abilities and talents, it certainly can make sense!
Following the oddity of the Sublime's inclusion into the Human species, most of the developments upon Urth is pretty darn close to what the various dimensional counterpart Earths have achieved. A significant difference that could be made however, is the rather substantial lack of criminal and immoral behavior of the world! Granted, wars have happened throughout the history and conflicts arise. But when the world has beings that could likely single-highhandedly stop most military might on the planet.. Well. It tends to make the concept of battle an almost wholly unnecessary one. The same goes to the idea of crime in society as it can be difficult to tell if the Sublime are watching and even worse if they involve themselves with investigating any wrong doings. ( It benefits the society as a whole to eat only criminals! Keeps crime down and only undesirables are being consumed! ) However, this doesn't stop all crime as some enjoy the thrill, somehow get caught up in societal error, or just wish to take advantage of a rather innocent system.
To further promote planetary peace and order among the species, the Sublime throughout time have formed guilds and pseudo-secret societies to dictate how to subjugate the Meek of the world. A frightening prospect to consider but through the eras of change and time, the Sublime have come into forming a single, unified organization dedicated to aiding fledgling Sublime coming to terms with being a person in absolute control of their designated 'community' or for the help of settling disputes between two Sublime and their exact territories. This organization has sense been identified as the Order of the Craving and is headed by only those of the Sublime considered to be the strongest and best of all their fellow predators. Typically only 3 to 5 individuals that effectively 'rule' the world and control the scant couple thousand of Sublime on the world. ( The Sublime have actually very little interest in ruling the world. They simply want to consume the Meek. ) Ironically enough, they have provided likely one of the best governments in any dimension. They are essentially immune to corruption and have provided a strong democratic government. ( They let the Meek take lower positions of office. The Sublime are the ruling class with this extending from those in the Order to individual Sublime subjecting their territories )
