Tracy didn't come to the Nexus on purpose. She was reading a book she found in her uncle's private library one day, and before she knew what was happening, she found herself sucked into the world of the Nexus. She's now simply trying to figure out what she will do to survive in such a harsh, dangerous world.

Innocent and naïve, Tracy is quite unaware of how this world works, and hopes that it is not as bad as it seems...



Inventory:

-“Crystals of Life”: Several small, bright green crystals, which she can use to bring people back to life. Each crystal only works once.
-“Lucky Fishhook”: A black rope necklace, with a white carved fishhook on the end. Tracy calls it her “lucky fishhook.”
-“Crystal of Resurrection”: A necklace with a glowing crystal that can fit comfortably in Tracy’s palm. The crystal constantly pulsates between blue and violet. This crystal allows Tracy to come back to life without exception.
-“Reformation Potion”: A bright green elixir that allows the consumer to revive after death. She is saving this potion for a friend she may want to protect.
-“Enchanted Sword”: A sword with a few simple enchantments on it.



Developments:
(All developments occur within RPs that are deemed canon, which is most of them.)

During a visit to a desert city called Babbakesch, Tracy received word from an alchemist about a cave full of something called Crystals of Life, magic crystals that can bring creatures back to life. Jumping at the chance to be able to revive herself indefinitely, she bought a sword and rented a flying carpet, and set out for the cave.
When she arrived, the entrance was blocked by a boulder. After several failed attempts to move it by force, she--as a joke--shouted "Open Sesame!"
...It... It actually worked.
After taking a moment to recover from the surprise of that actually working, Tracy ventured forth, into the cave.
The cave was dark, but on the far wall, there was some sort of green light... As she walked, the floor crunched and cracked beneath her... Once she was closer to the wall, she saw two things: First, that the glow was coming from green crystals that were loosely placed in the wall, and second, that the crunching was coming from bones all over the floor of the cave... Tracy took one of the crystals, and smashed it against the wall, the crystal shattering, releasing a glowing green liquid that flowed onto the skeleton of a lion...
To Tracy's horror, the skeleton reassembled itself, the flesh of the lion regrowing until she was faced with a living, breathing, healthy, hungry lion...
After a fierce, dangerous battle, Tracy managed to slay the lion by cutting its throat, but not before she took considerable harm herself... Fortunately, she was able to survive...
Once she had grabbed as many crystals as she could carry, she took the magic carpet back to the city, returned the carpet to get her deposit back, and returned to the alchemist's shop. There, Tracy had the alchemist fuse three of the crystals together, creating a larger, indestructible one, with a different glow, pulsating between blue and violet. She also bought a healing vial, and the alchemist's last reformation potion, which he didn't realize he still had when he sent Tracy off.
Tracy ended up turning the now-indestructible crystal into a necklace, which she wears constantly. She's now safe from permanent death, and can explore the world as she pleases.
