VX vore ability: Let her vore creatures larger than she is.
VX size enhancement: Thanks to the newest advancement in the VX program, she was created with the ability to shrink her victims, to make it easier for her to swallow. The goal of that enhancement was to make it possible for stealth missions.
VX reformation enhancement: Another new advancement in the VX program, this was supposed to let the experiment capture a target and to reform it once back at the base to keep them as prisoners. During the reformation process, the victim is unnoticeable, which facilitated transport.
VX stomach control: Along with reforming, in order to transport her captured victims safely, she had been given the ability to control many aspects of her stomach, such as acid and oxygen production.
Personality: Being only a child, Thirteen can be naive and playful. However, unlike other children, she won't have any remorse to lie openly to get what she wants. As a technical clone of Kagai, she desires to evolve into Espeon one day.
Backstory: The fateful day Kagai was forced to evolve into an Umbreon, Team Rocket had taken a blood sample before she escaped. Using that DNA as a basic template, they pursued their VX experimentation, creating VX-013, nicknamed Thirteen, the most successful experiment they ever made. Unlike her predecessor, Thirteen was far more intelligent and willing to help the cause. This, until the day another eevee was hurt inside the base. It is still unknown to this day if this was simply because of the attack or a genetic memory of the attack on the original Kagai, but she decided that she didn't like her masters anymore. Using their newest technological advancements against them, the eevee subtlety shrunk and ate all the personal on the base before fleeing in the forest, where she met Kagai.

Events:
Her first months with Kagai as her mother had caused her new mother more trouble than anything else. Being headstrong and playful, the eevee wanted to play outside her cave (and later the Den), but Kagai didn't want her to leave for her safety. When Thirteen didn't just slip out of the cave unnoticed to play, she incapacited her mother and sometime shrunk her and kept her inside her stomach while she played.
After one of her games outside turned to nightmare after she met SadiraXMortus, who savagely ate her by breaking her to pieces, the eevee became more obescient of her mother and careful, but she still feels like messing up with her at times.
Much later, her adoptive pichu brother Jolt started to go out with a playful pichu named Miya, the daughter of her mother's rival Sparktail. The pichu having more power than her, it quickly created a strong rivalty between the two, poor Jolt often being stuck in the middle.
Around her half-a-birthday, she was offered a small espeon-morph pet named Esarah by her mother, but she was quickly taken away, to much her disapointment.

Note2: Despite being a pokemon, she won't do any crazy pokemon attack, for the reason I think they are unrealistic. She will basically act like a real vixen, save for enhanced intelligence.
