Jolt

~Short version~
Jolt is an Electric Mew, able to use electricity in various ways, and also psychic abilities.
He loves to see others happy and will often use his ability to transform to become things that others would prefer to interact with or is more visually pleasing, even stuff that is not a Pokemon due to his past genetic structure.
And while he may generally be a male, with transform he can become female or even a herm, or genderless. So it is not really set in stone what "he" is in every sense of the word.


~Longer-but-short version~

Jolt started out as a creation in the image of another, a shell without a soul of his own. He was also, originally, a Pichu...but that changed when he met another Pichu whom later turned into a Mew (Keeping anonymous status of her, find out in RP if you want to learn more~).
After said Mew changed Jolt, the Pichu-turned-Mew managed to retain his electric affinity and also generated a soul of his own over time from manifesting energy tied to his mind due to being part psychic type.

His personality is somewhat innocent, not even really understanding the concept of attraction, and yet he is well into his teen years by this time. He mostly views everyone as a unique individual. He is cheerful and eager to have fun, or to help others smile. He enjoys cuddles (especially with the Mew he has a deep attachment to and calls his "special friend" since he hasn't grasped the concept of mates) and voracious adventures and is rarely scared of anything, he fears more for the well-being of others more than himself and would willingly sacrifice himself for those he cares about.
