The theatre demands much. Actors and dancers alike get little free time to themselves. They go under-appreciated, underused, and unnoticed. But in the midst of all this turmoil, passion still blooms.
For the Tangental Theatre Group, passion blooms a little too fiercely. Each member of this fairly famous troupe has totally honed themselves to their favored genre, so much so that they live them. From tragedy to comedy they walk and talk the act without question even in their personal lives.
But there's something missing. Some strange final act that they can't quite seem to figure out. All shows must end, after all, and each show needs a perfect ending. A perfect final perfomance that will send them off with a proper curtain.
Perhaps you might help them figure out exactly what that is~
Specializing in the affairs of the heart, Gabriella works her magic on stage to enthrall audiances with her emotions. Her life is filled with romance after romance, each more passionate and intense than the last. But she seeks a permenant 'happily ever after', a partner in dance and love that will really sweep her off her feet.
Her final curtain call might be with a lover as the end to a romantic evening. But, from how her talks with her mother Preggulp have been going recently, perhaps the curtain call might be soon...
Love. Renewal. Tradition. Experience the myth and passion of Nut and Ra's endless cycle firsthand. One night, one performance, one session to glimpse into a beautiful Egyptian legend made real... and made permenant~ -Flyer for the Myth of Nut and Ra, starring Gabriella and Debbie Lenox, dated May 5th, 2020.
What a performance it was. Mother and Daughter, dancing in unity on stage, until the play ended with Ra sliding into Nut to bring about the night once more... united with the Earth, to be born again on the next day. But for Gabriella, the united life might be more than just a day~
Specializing in intruige and interest, Wendy is a diva in every sense of the word. She lives to spread the word of gossip and secrets, and her performances have twists and turns that keep audiances intensely interested. She seeks a performance with thrilling action, passion, or with a dramatic finale.
Her final curtain call might be at the finish of a great and grand hunt, or as an emotional climax to a day.
Specializing in making people laugh, Dalila lives for the smiles of others. She brings her bouncy enthusiasm onto the stage in song and dance, and always leaves with just as much energy. Her life is filled with whimsy, and she's the most playful of the troupe by far. She seeks a performance with a happy ending for all involved.
Her final curtain call might be as the punchline to some sort of joke, or as a way to make someone happier than they've ever been before
Mystery and curiosity are sated by Maye's acts. She loves a good solvable problem, and loves plays with a 'who did it' style. She carries this attitude into her life, as not even many of her friends in the troupe know who she is or what she's done. She seeks a performance with a twist, or something completly surprising.
Her final curtain call may be at the hands of a mysterious stranger, or completely out of nowhere.
No happy endings ever stick for Pachaia. Her performances are subtle in their sadness, and serene in their beauty. She rarely smiles, tends to move with a grave reverence, and sees the darker side in most things. She seeks a performance with a tragic story, ending, or anything in between.
Her final curtain call may be as a 'sweet release' from her coil, or with little meaning whatsoever.
Towering above all the others in performance and in talent, Gloria leads the show. She's almost always the star, and almost always earns it. She gets what she wants, when she wants, and she's confident enough to make it happen.
Her performance could be anything, as long as it's powerful enough.
Thank you for making it this far in the profile. If you’ve made it this far, yes, this is a permaplay profile, and yes, it's the same player as the End_of_Eeveelution. As such, every dancer here can and will end up in a gut. But don’t be greedy. In the interest of diversity, I’m limiting a maximum of one perma per character. I'm generally not open to 'reseving' certain dancers for you unless you're a good friend, and those people know who they are!
And one last note: If I’m set to ‘open’ instead of ‘LFRP’, that means I’m on mobile and may be slower to pick up plays or post!
