Well, here he is, the famous 'Doctor Who' in his twelfth life! Oddly...he kept the form of eleven...he doesn't know why...oh...wait...he does...it's cool.
He's here at the park for more than that reason though....he has heard of other Timelords...Waterpecians...and has come to see if he could find one...or more. However, upon his coming to the park, he noted the odd meeting of dimensions, and found it interesting...so here he stays...or does he? He could be anywhere, everywhere, anytime...remember that...
By chance, he has re-united with Amy_Pond!
He made Zeffy his son through genetic conversion.
