================= Telari Correio (rough Portuguese for "mail") is, as the picture suggests, a harpy. A Brazilian harpy, with an interesting accent to match, and some level of weirdness. Not nearly to the degree of my EuroSiren, Aurora_Rantis, but still kind of odd compared to the average citizen.
What she's wearing in the photo isn't her actual uniform, it's something she made herself for comfort. Apparently, she's not the "tiny brown shorts" kind of gal, especially after hearing about Francis from Left 4 Dead and the rumor that he may have killed someone with his bare hands over said shorts insult. When she isn't in harpy form (more to come on that), she can be seen with brown work boots, though there don't seem to be any socks to speak of.
As stated before, Telari is quite the weirdo at times, saying things that may come off as strange to more than a few people. She isn't too, too intelligent, either... or is she? Word on the street is that she's quite the pragmatist, with her willingness to win being legendary among the people. So what if she cheats? At least she's willing to admit it, and she gets the mail in on time. When not on the job, Telari is often seen at her laptop, owning whomever where cheating is much, much harder. Ironically, her IRL fights seem to be easier than her game fights, which she's perfectly okay with. She's a very good sport about things. As far as people she likes, she'll get along with almost anyone... though she reserves the bed for women, as per the ZergAlts standard.
While she is a harpy, using those powerful wings of hers to deliver the mail in record time (along with the occasional pizza or two), she also often takes up a human form with what little magic she knows. It makes it easier for her to socialize with people, as well as to type on her laptop, as well as hold her mail and packages when the need arises. She's also unusually very good at hiding things... for example, she was able to hide a Thompson machine gun on her frame to gun down a vampire at a storefront. And she somehow managed to hide a tank in the woods at one time for a war-obsessed high school student. Don't ask.
