Personality
Irritable and pessimistic after a couple years working in the corporate landscape as a technical expert, and in something as widespreadly used as computers no less, Sigrid doesn't exactly have much faith in the competence of her fellows. This is mainly because she has had to be the one who dealt with every minor problem that people come to her with.
Outside of work, she tends to be cynical and more than a little sarcastic with her emotions ranging from enraged at worst to wryly amused at best. Slow to make friends, and even slower to actually trust, she tends to expect the worst of people until shown otherwise.

Mundane shark is mundane. Nothing special except for a college degree and the usual vore things you'd expect.
Background
Always the studious and hardworking oldest child, Sigrid took everything seriously. She dove into her education and the computers she learned how to manage just made sense to her. Her younger brother SigTheSpectacular's need for the attention of others never made sense to her, but she tolerated it, and even encouraged him when he had started out as a career entertainer. And then there was the fire, and her brother's supposed death just after she had finally gotten her degree, and even had an interview later that week. Afterwards, Sigrid became a recluse, rarely seen outside for weeks before she finally managed a second interview and was hired on the spot.
The sharkess threw herself into her work as a way of coping, rising to become assistant manager within the first weeks. Eventually, the pain faded away and she actually began to enjoy herself and her new position. And then came the torrent of fools. City law, followed by company policies started to become more lenient towards more predatory actions, and needless to say, some staff started to take advantage more than they should have. The constant 'layoffs' that were going on meant that any sort of training for employees not well enough off to afford their own ways to reform was a waste of time. So the quality of new hires deteriorated, and the number of tiresome requests that IT, and by extension, Sigrid, had to deal with only increased.
Recently, Sigrid took over the position of System Admin as well as head of IT for the building. This of course meant an increased workload, but at the same time a few more benefits. As soon as reforming insurance eventually became mandatory, Sigrid was finally able to find an outlet for her frustration as well as indulge her more sharkish instincts guilt-free. Anyone who bugged her with trivial matters before her lunch hour had a tendency to end up on her menu... As well as folks who came in to annoy her after. Any time that happened, the sharkess made sure to put in a bit of extra time in the office, either working through lunch or staying late, making sure to let what was left of her guests out the back door when her system was finished with them. The way she saw it, if they needed help with some sort of trivial matter, then they were much more productive spending the day stewing in her gut. Besides, they'd be back at work as soon as the reformation came through, so no harm, no foul.
She's heard of her brother SigTheSpectacular's return, but has yet to believe a word of it. She buried those feelings in an empty casket, and she's not going to chance thinking that someone just miraculously came back from the dead.
