Basic Summary
Shell is one of the walking dead. Nothing metaphorical about it, she quite literally had an untimely death and for unknown reasons once again walks the earth, hungry... for flesh! OoooOOOooOOOooo...

In Depth!
Ahem. Shell was an ordinary high school student living an ordinary life. She was a spirited gal, quick to express her opinions and even quicker to lend a helping hand to those in need. Not to say she was a kindly, saintly sort. She had a bit of a temper- quite the tomboy, to say the least. She would back up her ideas with her fists, as those who disagreed with her ways quickly learned.

The weak and downtrodden loved her, but of course there were those who disliked the gal as well for a number of reasons. It was ordinary high school drama, however; the type that would just blow over, given enough time.

And then she died.

Shell has no memory of her death, only of waking up one day a bit grimier than usual. Also unusual was that she was not in her home in bed, but in a coffin, staring up into a rainy night sky with mud sliding onto her face.

Shell is in denial. Not that she's a zombie- her lack of breathing and a look in the mirror made that very obvious. Her denial is that of reality. She cannot accept that she could have actually died; instead she thinks she is experiencing a very long, very vivid dream. She quite simply cannot be convinced otherwise. As a result, she tends not to take anything very seriously. After all, it's all just a dream, right? Nothing is real!

Now what kind of zombie would Shell be if she didn't hunger for flesh? She finds the flesh of humans absolutely delectable! But not just human flesh- that of animals, furries, and fish is delicious as well! She's quite the connoisseur. She'll swallow up just about anything that'll fit in her mouth, and even some things a bit bigger than that!

Though she's unaware of much of her past, it could be possible to talk her into revealing what she knows. Perhaps one could jog her memory as well! After all, she had to have died somehow...

For a zombie, she got off pretty well in the looks department. Her skin is very much on the pallid side, sometimes taking on a sickly green or blue tone. Originally she had no cuts, wounds, or exposed innards, but... Well, it took her a while to get used to walking again. After many falls, tumbles, and other incidents, she was looking much more like a proper zombie.

A very nice doctor was kind enough to put her together over and over again, however, leaving her with a number of stitches criss-crossing her body. Eventually, the doctor gave her a strange potion capable of healing any wounds, given a night's rest. Unrealistic? Perhaps, but as Shell said, "This is my dream, of course I can't be killed!"

Of course you can't, Shell. Of course you can't.

Beyond the sickly hue and multitudes of stitches, she could possibly pass for human to the unobservant. She lacks a zombie-like gait, and her shoulder-length, brown hair is pretty well-kept. She wears clothes, too, which vary from day to day. She's a fan of her old school uniform, however, consisting of a short skirt and a blouse with an overcoat, and a short little tie that she now wears as a loose choker. Beneath her skirt, however, is a rather embarrassing secret- a thick, padded diaper. Why? It's practical, that's why. (On request, she can be wearing panties. I don't want to creep anyone out. It's not really relevant, anyway, unless we get into post-vore scat. In which case, well, one of these articles could end up... soiled.)

Abilities
She has what would be expected of an undead. She doesn't need to breathe, is capable of withstanding extreme conditions and has a very high pain threshold. She's more than capable of surviving a few broken bones or missing limbs, as her body's animated by magic as opposed to normal biological processes. She does replicate these processes, however- she'll bleed, she'll drool, she'll eat and sleep. None of them are required to keep her functioning, however.

She's very agile and flexible, in part because she's not afraid to perform extremely risky moves. Even if she screws up her acrobatics, she won't be permanently crippled because of it due to her body's durability. Compound this with the fact that she doesn't think anything is real, and you get her performing maneuvers no sane person would try. Her strength is somewhat variable, depending on what's more comically appropriate for a scene. On most occasions, however, she's much stronger than her gangly appearance might suggest.

Her main 'weapon' would be her claws. They're sharp enough to easily tear through flesh and bone, but she's not the most adept fighter with them. They're more tools than anything else. They're retractable, luckily, otherwise they'd get in the way of pretty much everything she does.

She's incapable of simply storing food within her stomach. If she eats you, digestion will begin almost immediately. It usually takes just a few minutes to fully digest a human-sized creature, though outside factors may either hasten or prolong that process. She doesn't quite trust "willing" prey- after all, who would want to die? Approaching her with such an attitude may cause her to kill you before consumption, so you can't launch any dastardly schemes from within her stomach.

Current Events
Stole a battle rifle. Though she may not have been a space marine in life, that doesn't stop her from pretending.

Has two lightsabers, given to her by her (official) master Sommie. One glows a brilliant silver, the other a vibrant viridian. Because sure, why not?

Was killed, came back as an angel, killed again, and is currently being rebuilt with fantastic robot parts. Because apparently, someone wants an animatronic robot sex toy.

Now has a bronze medal, given because Emi_wolf has no brains.

OOC stuff
At its most base, I want you to be having fun! So, please, if there's something minor about the character you'd like changed for a scene, our interests don't exactly match, just say something! I'm very reasonable. I sometimes come across as a bit formal, but that's just my typing! Really!

I simply ask that we keep IC and OOC separate. Just because Shell doesn't like you doesn't mean I don't!

One more thing! Please, please, respect her wishes (and mine) and don't try to have sex with her. Light, schoolyard-esque romance is okay, but... Well, the both of us are uncomfortable with things getting "hot", so to speak. Stick to cute!

One more thing! If you've gotten this far, you may or may not realize that this character is a bit on the silly side. Pretty much, she can be played for tragedy or comedy, depending on the scene.
