This is Mani War. She was originally created simply as another mindless bodyguard for Earth. However, there was a mistake in her programing, causing a circuit that kept her from self-thought to short and fizzle out. So now she roams around, looking for a good meal, and a playmate or two. During a late morning swim, long after the 'incident', she was caught by a group of advanced marine biologists. Normally, Because of human's natural fear of the unknown, Plapomecs stay hidden from paranoid eyes, doing their jobs in the dark of night. So when these biologists caught this poor girl, they nearly collapsed. Rushing to get examination tools, none of them stopped to see her wriggle out of the net and onto the main deck. When the doomed scientists came back, they were shocked to see their catch disappear. Spreading through the ship in search of the prize they so badly wanted to examine, each was instead used as nutrition for their would be discovery. After her mid-morning snack of human, she hopped off the vessel and sank to the ocean floor to digest her prey in peace. But now she is back, and ready for more deliciousness!
