tl;dr (ish): a frazzled, tired, perpetually-grumpy Pokemafia grunt. it was never his intent to tangle with such a shady organization, quite frankly; rather than him, it was his older brother Yzel who originally decided to sign up. having spent years trying and failing to hold onto a job that could keep the two of them afloat, Yzel figured that his brute strength might at least net him a role as hired muscle... a hope that paid off at first, only to promptly backfire when he botched an important mission and got a higher-up killed through his incompetence. in a desperate bid to save his brother's life, Razna offered himself to the mob's service, pledging his time, his safety, his dignity, anything-- because for an orphaned teenager living in poverty, no fate could possibly have been worse than losing the only family he had left.

fortunately for him, the Don was feeling merciful enough to accept his frantic plea. unfortunately for him, all but the barest scraps of what he earned on the job were demanded as compensation in addition to his services, and Yzel was condemned to be held effectively hostage within the walls of their own home... a safeguard put in place to ensure that neither of them try and make a break for it, clearly, though it also leaves them without any other means of providing for themselves.

the siblings are more penniless and miserable than ever in the wake of that day, so to say that Razna hates his job is probably the understatement of the century. his low rank and the bad reputation he shoulders on his brother's behalf also make him an easy target for bullying within the organization, though he's gotten pretty good at bearing it by now. nobody likes him, everything sucks, and none of that is going to change anytime soon. that's just the way life is. at this point, gritting his teeth and getting his hands dirty is simply part of the deal.
