Raikou is a hunter from the little village of Pokke. After the death of his father, Rishi_Fey, he was asked to journey to Nexus to take over his father's work of expanding the Hunters_Guild to Nexus. He reluctantly accepted, journeying from the comfort of his village to Nexus. He wants to carry on his father's legacy and become as strong as he was, and is willing to do anything to get to that level.

Occasionally he will return to the village of Pokke to check up on everyone. He has his eyes on a girl in the village, too, though he knows she doesn't return the feeling. Its another reason he wants to come to Nexus. Finding a girl in such a small village is difficult, but in a city like this, he has hope that he will find a match for him.
