Rachel the younger sibling of Ryan, she grew up with her brother before he decided to take off and explore earth. That was about 150 years ago, she had always looked up to Ryan as a role model as she and her brother did not know who there parents were. Once Ryan left Rachel was left on her own to find out how the world work. Her brother looks more human than Rachel but they are indeed full blooded siblings. Rachel is a demi-human water demon as well, she is not as powerful as her brother but is still quite powerful. After a while Rachel decided to explore earth as well. She hoped one day she would see her brother again but earth was a big place. Rachel has power over the same thing as her brother and can do almost all the same things he can but she does them different and with her own unique style.

When she was young, about 200 years old, about 10 years in appearance, she was playing with her brother Raging_Tempest, and then something happened. She fell asleep, but then she woke up with a much larger belly. And it also appeared to be squirming as well. She soon found out that she ate her brother in her sleep. It was an interesting thing that she'd done. She was able to let him out soon enough, and it became something very fun to do, and Ryan seemed to like it as well.
