In the Oasah region, no one is more well known than The Eternal Flame, the superhero celebrity residing in Flamberge city. The mere fact that she existed meant that no one else could even come close to that level of fame, and any who tried would eventually fall to the wayside. While her fellow rune hero Uruzi lived the high life and made a name for herself, Perthro never could hope to be anything more than white noise. Despite her overwhelmingly powerful abilities and cunning illusions, nothing she did could even leave a mark in the region compared to her biggest competitor. And yet, she could never bring herself to hate her fellow rune hero. If anything, she admired her. That was, until the day they finally met. As excited as she'd ever been, Perthro tried to get Uruzi's attention, hoping their similar status would amount to something, though Uruzi merely brushed her aside when they finally had the chance to speak. Two years later, after dealing time and time again with the worst life had to offer, her ideals slowly started to wither. Her methods became more direct and violent, choosing to outright kill any criminal that crossed her path and began to relish in the sadistic glee that came from overpowering her opponents. A corrupt shell of her former self, Perthro seeks nothing more than to make a name for herself, to one day become the center of attention she could only hope to be. No matter the cost.

But there's more to it than that.
Perthro wasn't always a superhero, nor was she always a Zoroark. Unlike most of the rune heroes, Perthro didn't gain her ability at birth, and instead lived most of her live alone. Ditto don't breed naturally, so she never quite knew where she came from, or what she was. She never had parents to raise her, or friends to care for her. It wasn't until she wandered too near to Kihatsei did someone finally take notice of her. An at the time young trainer by the namer of Janerus captured her and started running experiments on her, toying with her genetic code until her once solid body liquified into something more akin to goop. After numerous escape attempts, she eventually struggled far enough from Kihatsei to be found by a Runerigus by the name of Tarot. Finding himself unable to ignore her pleas, he took her in as his own, trying to tend to her to make up for her disability. It wasn't long before he decided to grace her with the power and title of a rune hero, to let her live a better life. His bias towards her was obvious, and the power he bestowed upon her was stronger than all the other rune heroes combined. She was now Perthro. A ditto with the remarkable ability to shapeshift into anyone she ever seen at any point in her life, in the blink of an eye, while maintaining all of their skills in battle. With hope in her heart, she set off to join the other rune heroes, eager to save the world with her beloved idol The Eternal Flame.
