Politics. In this world there are many that group together to provide governance for the common man. For some, it is about power. Others, for their preferred ideals. Some, simply for the money. Then there are those who aren't bound by the promise of power and profit nor ideals, but justice. Fairness. One of these is the PoC, the Party of Change. Its members joined together from many walks of life, friends bound together by circumstance, common goals, to bring simple but fundamental changes to a world that are open about the food chain, but wholly dominated by those who enforce and impose a survival of the fittest policy - where only the strongest survive, and the weak only serve to fill the bellies of the strong.
It was a certain Human woman who started speaking out against this society with so much lacking in the individual's allowance to choose. Preys primarily. She wanted them to be able to choose whether to serve predators' dietary needs by their own free will, or continue to live - a decision to be respected by surrounding predators at all times. Unfortunately, many took offense. And in the woman's own household, she was attacked and eaten by a hired assassin. Her family would have followed down the digestive tracts of others to serve as an example, but they managed to flee.
So it eventually was, that her daughter decided to take up the mantle left by her late mother, to continue the fight along with friends who also shares her view for a better world.
And so the PoC was founded.

Rp ideas: (Optional)
Politicide - This can go either way. As preys' rights proponents, the PoC has become an enemy of many predators. Thus there are many who want little but walk home with its dainty members churning away in their bellies. However, they could easily come out with full bellies of their own if attacked, glad to have fewer enemies in the world.
Funding - Donations to further the cause are always accepted. It can freely range from sums of money, to prey willing to feed them with their bodies to save on daily expenditures. Even with great backing, not many rich people - most of which are predator-types - support the PoC, so any donations are welcome. (Seeking willing prey)
Bribe - Many are those who attempt to bribe politicians for all sorts of unsavory reasons and purposes. In the eyes of the PoC this is unacceptable, and any approaching bribers will undoubtedly be made to leave - via one's digestive tract.
Assassin's end - Due to the death of her mother, Masazumi deeply resents assassins - but delights in their consumption by her, and fellow members.
Assassin lineup - Sometimes, their enemies will go for broke and hires gangs of assassins with the intent to wipe out the PoC. Unfortunately, many of these gangs get routed due to the party's protectors, and are thereby bound, stored away and reduced to a food supply. Will you be a member's next lunch I wonder?
Child care - Children are adored, but there are so many bad apples - bullies - among them. So during some school visits, members of the PoC ends up walking away with bellies loaded with said bullies and delinquents to protect the rest of the kids.
Death row - As fitting for what they've done, it is only right that convicted predators suffer the same fate they inflict upon others. And sometimes, the visiting politician(s) may choose to carry out the sentence personally.
Inn visit - Having great responsibilities, it only goes to say that they will have to visit local inns where they may rest. And since they can't afford luxury hotels, inns as less visited places may hold a fair few surprises on both good and ill.
Politics come to blows - Sometimes, a negotiation or debate breaks down, and the participants instead turn to force their will across - with the victor(s) eventually able to walk away with belly(ies) quite full.
Charity theft - A PoC-endorsed charity has been set up to help the needy. Unfortunately there are those who seek to steal the charity money for personal gain... but unluckily for them, a PoC member catches him/her/them in the act.
New Member - Occasionally, people wants to join the PoC. Its principles however is extremely important, so new people need to be put through a test of character disguised as a survival camp. They are unaware of the proceedure, and is told to survive out in a patch of wilderness (which has little in the way of food) for a few days. Success or failure of test is judged upon the newbies' reaction to Kimi_'s arrival:
1) Whether they in their throes of starvation-derived weakness tries to pounce on and eat her, or asks to eat her.
And 2) Whether they accept being refused, or tries to take Kimi by force.
Failure to make the right decisions results in being refused from joining the PoC, and becoming Kimi's food.
Transformed prey - As a rule the PoC typically feeds on willing prey, with a few exceptions, one of them being animals who really can't choose. Malga decides one of the days to use her magic to transform a group of people into animals who promptly end up on the PoC members' menu - all of them none the wiser.
Bewitched poster - Malga, being supportive of the PoC's cause, helps by putting up posters among other things. Unknown to the PoC and other people, however, is that Malga also cast spells onto her posters, so whenever people hostile to the group or otherwise get the idea in their heads to tear down the posters, they are cursed with the compulsion to seek out the PoC and get themselves eaten.
Bewitched clothing - Similar to the above, except Malga places a charm enchant on the group's clothes that either works as intended and instill upon people with ill intentions the desire to get themselves eaten, or it doesn't and attract a lot of surrounding prey regardless of their intentions.
Attempted assault - Overly confident in his/her own ability, a person decided to stage an attack on the group and is promptly subdued before being fed into whoever is eager to have him/her. Alternatively he/she could be perceived as an attacked, yet be treated the same.
Acceptable targets - Despite the party policies there's a particular species or class of people out there whose consumption regardless of their willingness or lack thereof is socially acceptable. Members of the Party winds up in the company of a group of acceptable tarets who are soon displaced into their bellies. (Said target in any given scene is flexible, but I especially like having anthro serve as prey)
Vacation type RP ideas: (Optional) Sometimes, hardworking people need a place to wind down after months of political intrigue. One of the best ways is to enjoy the simplicity of the great outdoors, whether it be at some forest or mountain resort. (Current mood in this: Animal preys and preds)
Herd Thinner: Simple enjoyment for more predatorial inclined members, where they hunt the local game and head back satisfied, bellies heavy with prey such as deers or other herd animals.
Hibernation Trouble: During a trip up the mountain in winter they come up to a cave where they happen upon a hungry bear who has had a difficult hunting season. Not for much longer as it soon dozes off, much fatter than it was a short while ago.
Journey Opportunity: During a long walk in the woods one day Masazumi and the others comes across a strong-limbed animal (Feline or something else) that has had the same idea for one reason or another, but without a burden and lunch. Both of which it finds in them as the beast soon continues on its way, even if it has to drag a very plump belly along in doing so.
Alternate Settings: (Optional)
Hungry_Few_Setting: PoC in this setting is 100% human and vore-capable except for Adele who is a protected prey, and exist in the form of a student council which self-imposed job has been to straighten up campus through the consumption of all students who either don't measure up to their standards, break school rules, or in any way manage to end up on their shit-list.
