So, an Albino, a Psychic, and a Redneck walk into a bar... And they're all me.
Indeed, the woman known as Pale Rose is joked about by friends as a walking bar joke. Born and raised somewhere in the Southern United States, she quickly learned she had psionic powers. Though, she also quickly learned her powers only branched as far as the nonphysical half of psionics.
In other words, she could manipulate someone's mind in several ways, but she couldn't use those powers to manipulate objects in the slightest. If it didn't have a functional organic brain, it was outside her realm of power.
She currently works as a supermercenary, or a "Rent-a-Hero" as some circles call it. In other words, she'll work for whoever has the cash to fuel her drinking habits.
