We here at PANDORA believe that nobody should ever have to suffer at the hands of a predator, be it in their stomach or anywhere else. PANDORA is a company located in one of the many cities in the Nexus. A company with facilities and shelters scattered all over the place, from their main HQ located in the middle of the city, to smaller facilities by the ocean, in the forests and mountains as well as many others. While each of these facilities function in a slightly different way (depending on their location), they all have one thing in common. Helping people however they can. PANDORA has technology that some may believe to be impossible. Going so far as being able to save someone from wounds that would be fatal, bringing them back to health and better than they ever were.
On top of their shelters, PANDORA possesses a military force that's capable of taking out the most powerful of threats, there's very rare cases where they can't take out their targets but that won't stop them from figuring out a way to do it... They often co-operate with the police in helping catch criminals and dealing with any other cases that they may specialise in, especially cases relating to those in their shelters. Although, to speak the truth, the police more works for PANDORA rather than the other way around.

The military force that PANDORA controls can also act as a group of mercenaries, taking on jobs in the shadows and going whatever they're hired to do, no matter how crazy it may seem so long as the price is right. They'll take on other jobs that involve capturing a target just because they were hired to, along with jobs that may not even require any kind of military force at all. Such jobs involve hiring someone as a tutor, a model, even a snack on top of a great many other things.. Again, as long as the price is right... No matter what job they're given, there'll be someone in the company who'll be able to do it. Any and all dealings they do are kept in absolute secrecy, all contracts are carried out to the letter and a violation of any kind means that's it. PANDORA will deny ever being part of anything that can be classed as shady or illegal.
Oh and don't even think of trying to blackmail them, it won't end well for you.
On the outside, PANDORA is a place for those who have suffered at predators hands to come and stay while they get themselves together. A place that helps the public and make the city a safer place for everyone. Inside the company is something much darker. PANDORA didn't lie when they've said that they wish to protect humanity and better it to fight back against predators who see them as nothing but food, however they have gone about it in... rather questionable ways. PANDORA frequently performs experiments on people, infusing them with the DNA of various monsters, giving them strange powers and recording the data. Their prime targets are predators who abuse their status, devouring the weak and those who cannot fight back without mercy. This also applies to beings with unique powers, power that can be of use to the company. On capture the targets DNA will be extracted, they will likely be experimented on, and by the end when they have what they need, locked up or disposed of. Around 75% of the staff working at PANDORA are human, both those who have been experimented on and those who haven't. In reality, they do this to protect humanity and help it move forward, they, or more specifically their president Kiaraa wants humans and monsters to coexist, but as long as humans are seen as nothing but food, that's an impossibility. Still, it wont stop them from trying.

Research Center
The place where the good and the bad happen. This wing is split into two sections, the DNA Center, the Tech Wing. The DNA Center is responsible for doing tests and experiments on the subjects while the Tech Wing is all about developing new tools for PANDORA to use. Everything from the Capture Divisions gear to holding cells down in the Containment Facility.

PANDORAs head researcher of the DNA Center who specializes in DNA splicing, isolating specific genes in someone's DNA and extracting it. She's known for getting too into her research and has quite the cruel streak when it comes to her experiments.

Testers
A role that's similar to those of the subjects, however this is all done voluntary. The Testers will be trying out more minor experimental procedures on top of acting as guinea pigs for testing new capture/containment tech.

A woman whose skills fit into various areas, from recon to capture, though her primary position is to act as a security personnel to be hired for jobs through PANDORA.

A digital being whose skills are invaluable to PANDORA, having agreed to work for the company after meeting Kiaraa and displaying her abilities first hand, she's not yet given an official position but she will be assisting in the capture division for the time being.

A man who made an attempt for Kiaraas life but was quickly stopped. Jailed for a few years before being recruited as relief for the agents, helping them to heal while also teaching at one of the high schools run by PANDORA.
Containment Facility
In short, a prison for the most dangerous of predators and a holding bay for the subjects undergoing experimentation. The cells come in all different types, everything from a standard cell with iron bars, to being contained within an unbreakable latex sack. (Feel free to ask/request a special cell)

A mass of living latex taking the form of a young woman who was a former researcher at PANDORA. The subject has escaped containment and is currently under surveillance.
Subject #202: Ashe___*
A young girl who was treated for having a brittle body. She was given phoenix blood which repaired her body and made her immortal. She currently stays at one of the PANDORAs shelters, often helping out where she can.

A walking calamity whose origins are unknown, all attempts at capturing this entity have resulted in failure. They are a threat to everything around them and should only be approached with the utmost caution.
Subject #776: Kusano*
A metal slime who has merged with the god slayer sword, Kusanagi. All attempts at keeping this entity in confinement have resulted in failure. They see all around her as toys to be added to her collection of swords. Approach with caution.
Subject #792: Zenarito
After learning of young Rikas past, the president invited her to partake in a little experiment to learn the full extent the Ex-Hunters abilities. Kuro punishing Rika for her uncooperative attitude turned the girl into a latex cat inside and out before throwing her back into the world. A few months later they met again, this time Rika was more cooperative and told PANDORA what they wanted to know. They attempted to recruit her, but sadly she refused and was given an antidote, but was allowed to keep this latex form of hers as a gift.
Potential Recruits/Targets
A list of people whom have caught the eye of the president, wanted as either a recruit to work for the company or a target to be brought in for experimentation. (Aka, people who have a scene planned or are currently in progress)

An individual who's had a run in with a high priority target. Marked and angry, Xandra under the right conditions can become a valuable soldier.

Someone who has had previous encounters with WOLF, on her recommendation after seeing her skills she's now listed as a possible recruit... providing they can come to an agreement.
-Universal_Phantom - Target
A High Priority target, PANDORA has received reports of an unknown catburgler, or "Phantom" stealing from several PANDORA warehouses, stealing supplies and leaving behind a bound guard with their calling card... They must be captured as soon as possible.
-Shygirl_Gang - Target
A rather interesting group of individuals, PANDORA knows about their crime streak and wants to bring them in for some... questioning.
Other things PANDORA is looking for
While the company can still hire people all over the place, there's a few things that they're looking to prioritize more than others. If you want to be any of these please refer to the section below and understand what it says before inquiring.
The things PANDORA are currently looking for in particular are:
⬤ Testers for both trying out new tech and for experiments.
⬤ More people to help fill out the ranks in the Capture division and the Emporium of Sorcery.
⬤ Specific desire: A Mermaid who is able to blend in with humans, must enjoy latex and agree(player at least) to partake in an experiment. Don't be afraid to ask for more details even if you want to create an alt specifically for this.
Please note that while I don't oppose to anyone joining PANDORA or simply doing a scene, please be aware and think of a couple things before approaching:
⬤ PANDORA has eyes and ears everywhere, for you to be recruited you must first catch their eye. Why should they go out of their way to go after you? What can they gain from it?
⬤ For those who aren't human, if you want to be recruited you can be, however you may also be experimented on. In an event like this ask yourself: How would these experiments affect you?
⬤ Your character can be experimented on and given new abilities and/or forms at your request. Any experiments done in scene that you don't want to be a permanent thing can be undone and will only be used for that scene.
So on and so forth, I think you get the idea.. Just please think on these and ask any questions you may have before asking to RP. It will make things to a lot smoother rather than make assumptions and annoy me... And remember: YOUR CHARACTER AS A MEMBER OF THE PUBLIC WILL ONLY KNOW OF PANDORA ON THE OUTSIDE. THEY WILL NOT KNOW ABOUT WHAT GOES ON INSIDE THE COMPANY. Some exceptions can be made to this rule providing the idea is good enough or they have had dealings with the company before, always open to ideas.
Please don't be afraid to ask any questions/ideas you have, especially if you want to create an alt solely for this setting. Also, for those who haven't realised, this setting is made more for story with vore and horny elements mixed in. They’re not always going to be the main focus.
