Story of Neo and the world

The year was 2012 on Earth, the date being December 30th; New Years. Many people said that the world would end in 2012, some committing suicide so they wouldn't see the horror of the world ending. Others awaited for it to come, embracing death if it came. Though for the rest of the world, they ignored it; celebrating the new year as it came.

Neo was once a normal human being who, like many, didn't believe in the superstition around 2012. Instead, he looked to the future, wanting to see the world around him evolve into the technologically advance civilization that he believed in. Alongside taking a degree of Information Technology at College, and thinking up ideas for future technology, he was one who believed he could change the world for the best. However, his fetishes of transformation and vore sometimes got in the way.

He, like all, would never think about what would happen on that day. A bright flash illuminated the midnight sky on every corner of the Earth; a massive pulse of energy spreading across the entire planet. Anyone who was caught in it were changed, either maintaining their human forms with new powers, or were changed completely into new beings that the human eye has never seen. Half of the Earth's populace was changed, with Neo being a part of it.

From a human normal being, Neo was changed into a anthro black dragon, a being that only existed in fantasy and myths. What shocked him at first awed and astonished him; he had control over the elements of fire and electricity, could make his wings disappear and reappear, and could live 10xs longer than a human being. He wasn't the only one to be changed into this, but he certainly wasn't one who would shrug it off.

Time has passed, as it always did, with Earth adapting to the changes, for the best or for the worst. Countries who feared the changes bordered off their cities from the rest of the world, allowing no one from entering or leaving the area. Others, like the United States and Japan, had written their laws to fit the new populace, just to keep everyone happy. But the changes didn't end there.

The anthro populace started to feel a growing urge, something that a human in the past would of looked down upon. It was fetishes, many that a few humans in the past known and liked. The anthros felt the need to utilize these fetishes; eating others, for example. This made the countries that quarantined their cities even more worried, with the others having to rewrite their rules once again to make sure no one dies from being eaten or worse.

Being into vore and transformation, and having a interest in technology and science, Neo decided to research a way to make these fetishes be less dangerous while still providing satisfaction to both the pred and the preys. He found a abandoned mansion in a forest within the New Jersey-New York area, and with some help, he made it his own. This was where he started his career as both a scientist and as a inventor.

50 years has passed, and Earth continued to change. Aliens and other species started to appear on the planet, bringing in advance technologies by the dozen. New York City was rebuilt into [[Nexus City]], the center of technology and trade. Governments who didn't quarantined their people had set up certain locations where people can have fun with their fetishes, which now is a major form of pleasure.

As for Neo, he looks the same as he did 50 years ago, an advantage to being a dragon. He succeeded in creating new technology that could help the world, and he continues to work to help it even more. A underground lab was built underneath his home, where he would spend his time working, even though his fetishes get at him every now and then. He unlocked new abilities that help him in the most dire situations, and even more are just waiting to be unlocked.



Neo's Abilities
Wing Shift: Neo can reform and get rid of his wings whenever he wants to, allowing him to hide the fact that he is a dragon if he wanted to.

Advanced Abilities
Lightning Step - Neo can literally run just as face as a bolt of lightning, closing in gaps in a mere second. It can only be used once every few seconds, and it can only go for a few feet.

Teleportation- Focusing on his TARDIS powers, Neo can now travel anywhere in a flash. He is still gaining control, as he can only teleport to places he visited, but he gaining control over it.

Controlled Shapeshifting - Neo now has full control over his form, able to change into anything. Though his powers still lock up if he is changed by an outside source, it takes less time to regain control now.

Time Flux - Neo can temporarily slow down or speed up time as needed, but doing so requires a great amount of power; power that Neo is trying to harness through training.

Matter Creation - A weaker form Hikato's Reality Manipulation, Neo can use this to instantly summon items he needs. Much like Time Flux, it requires power; smaller items don't require much, but larger ones will instantly drain energy.

D-Pistol - Elemental energy pistol

BAHAMUT Cannon - Created by alchemizing a ion rifle and his MAC gun, the BAHAMUT Cannon is literally a portable MAC gun. However, normal beings can't carry it, and while Neo is stronger now, he requires a nanosuit to boost his abilities to use such a weapon.

CQC (Close Quarters Combat)

Tiamat - Literally a sword and a gun in one, this gunblade is the result of combining a ion rifle with a energy sword. It is light enough to move quickly in battle, but strong enough to pack a punch when used in gun-mode.
