Backround Info
Neil is the leader of a small group of Yoshi's who fight for peace. He has led the group through tough battles in the past and had defeated even the toughest of foes. He is a very compassionate leader and looks out for all of his group members, making sure no one is left behind. He had risked his own life time and again saving the lives of the group members.

Now after a huge battle with a strong foe, he had sent the group to rest on a secret island as he took a vacation and found his way into the park.

Personality
Neil is a generally calm and organized Yoshi that can keep level headed in any situation.

Equipment
Koopa Shell Armor (Full yellow shell as if he was a Koopa himself) : It's just a normal Koopa shell that he wears as body armor. It's been condition to be a little harder then a standard Koopa shell.
Feeling Fine Pin: Cant be poisoned by any means. Natural poisons and man made are included. Also nullifies any effects.
Deku Nuts: Used to stun weak opponents. (Last only 10 seconds)
Warp Whistle: Mainly used for running from fights he cant handle.

Abilities
Mini Eggs: Attempts to lay 3~4 eggs that shrinks an opponent as well as drops their defence tempararily. (Similar to the move that the baby Yoshi used in Paper Mario:TYD)
Power Shell: He curls up in the egg and attempts to ram into an opponent.
