PERSONALITY: Miler is a proprieter of complete and utter chaos,
albeit one who doesn't particularly enjoy harming others from a place
of ill will or malice. He will steal treasure, break into
highly guarded locations, kidnap anyone he finds funny,
and introduce mayhem to any place he finds remotely boring;
all because he hates boredom or stagnation to the point it can get
him killed in the pursuit of avoiding it... or reflecting on his
past...
He has very little regard for his own life because of the abyssmal
value he finds in it. He knows there are alternate versions of him
out there, and he knows they are the exact same as himself, so he
is willing to die and get into trouble he can't get out of because
somewhere, there's a version of him that can.
People he loves or cares about tend to be consistently bantered
with and joked alongside as he tried to connect using his chaotic nature.

POWERS: Miler can teleport himself, or things he's in contact with, anywhere
he can think of at the present time. The teleportation takes the form of
bright purple luminescense and traces of magenta lightning, although he can
keep this effect adorning his body if he's excited or or amused... which leads
to things in his vicinity misbehaving in terms of the laws of physics.
A secondary ability consists of him being able to see into any other dimension,
albeit only one at a time and he can get confused if what he's seeing is his
own imagination or a place he can actually teleport to...

WEAKNESSES: His weakness though is that he's a normal human physically...
so... things can easily overpower him if they're big or wierd enough.
Any fancy maneuvers he pulls off using his teleporting can be very taxing
on his body and the only other wierd thing he's capable of is,
well, voring others around his size or maybe a little larger.
He also gives up... like... a lot. If he believes himself to be
beaten or otherwise at the slightest disadvantage, he will simply
stop trying and leave himself open to be attacked or defeated.
Anyone he thinks to be morally superior or more deserving has
an easy shot at kicking his ass without much of a fight.

RP STARTUP: Miler is often causing trouble on either a small or massive scale...
sometimes both if he's feeling cheeky. This can range from petty theft, all the
way to breaking into a highly secure facility for shits and giggles. As a prey,
you're the victim of his mayhem; as a pred, you're the thing that stops him or
makes him cease his fuckery on his own volition... charisma check and all that.

This is just an idea though and you are more than welcome to set up the scene.

ORIGIN STORY: Miler was born in a modern civilization
closely resembling real world earth. Soon though, he got into a nasty
little habit of ACCIDENTALLY falling through reality at random
and ending up in alternate dimensions.
Infinite universes flooded his vision and left him overwhelmed physically
and mentally, paralyzing him as his body warped through the multiverse
at random in a comatose state. This only stopped when a mysterious entity
caught him during one of his jumps, taking it upon itself to tear Miler's
identity away in exchange for giving him a new pupil that acts as a filter
for the information constantly bombarding his form.
All of this happened just as he turned 18, and with his identity gone,
he turned to crime and taking whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted, to
fill that void inflicted upon him in exchange for a gift he never even wanted.
He could never go back home, not truly; anywhere similar always had
slight changes or faded anomalies that made it clear it wasn't his true place
of origin, leaving him sorrowful to the point he abandoned the
prospect of returning entirely, instead opting to make a new home.
This new home would be filled with all he had ever wanted: adorned in
treasures his old life held insurmountable, friends made by his own
hand, versions of himself who underwent the same trauma, and literally
anything else he could have ever imagined! ... But he was still an empty
boy who'd lost hope a long time ago, and disguised it with
relentless glee and dreadfully annoying humor.
