You know how Team Rocket wanted a pikachu so badly? And created Mewtwo from genetic cloning? Well... they screwed up bad this time. Team Rocket decided to push genetic mutation further using Evee's DNA as a base code. As well with pikachu's and Mew's DNA. What they got was a pre evolved looking mouse pokemon, that was physic, thunder, and fire. Though the physic part seemed to be on a more sixth sense level. Giving more in tuned senses of sight, sound, and even feeling the vibrations in the ground.

Powers/Abilities
Elemental Shift (Passive)- Using her Physic powers, Miekia can shift the damage type of her attacks from Fire, Water, Ground/Rock,Lightening, And ice. It takes a full round and the colors of her eyes shift according to the elemental shift.
Elemental Shock- Elemental shock's damage is based on the elemental shift currently active which has different effects.
Fire- Blast of flame erupting near target location in a 10ft radius. Chance to cause burn.
Water-A surge of water like hydro pump bursts from a water like rift firing at her target. Chance to confuse.
Ground/Rock-Ground tremor rips towards her target like a earthquake. Chance to flinch.
Lightening- Crackles of lightening slam down towards her target in a two to three volley. Chance to Paralyze.
Ice- The air drops in temperature before a cold like snap erupts near her target in a five foot radius. Chance to Freeze.
Elemental Agility- Miekia incases her tail in the current Elemental Shift energy and creates a trail of it like a whip to use as an attack or defensive measure. No status effect chance.
Elemental Bomb -Miekia charges up a Special based attack that starts as a golf ball sized ball, before growing larger as she is allowed to focus. She then throws it or tries to slam it into her target, causing it to erupt into a elemental explosion with all her elements exploding in a nature like furry.
Elemental Barrier-Using her physic nature with the current Elemental Shift, Miekia can creature a barrier to help protect herself against the choosen element. reduces damage as if strong vs the type, as well weakness applies as if the type.
