has reached a deal with her sister, both hang out from tiem to time as long as merry promises to leave all her shiny pony obessions at their door.

After a stressful meeting with Princess Luna they've succeeded in getting her to release the twins mother, and while recovering from the meeting some takling and cuddling after lulu revealed her fear about being unable to stand losing anyone else it led to her pulling out a box she'd been keeping with her.
This is an exact quote from her:
"Diamond Love" she started softly "I know we haven't known each other for long but, I can't imagine my life with anyone else by my side so would you please, do me the immense honor of marrying me?"
The necklace she gave to her angel is actually two halves of a whole Lulu wearing one and Diamond wearing the other, as they line up to make the following design
a necklace silver with gold edging like a pair of wings and a small heart shaped gem in the middle which was in fact two halves of a whole one half was a dark green and the other a light violet almost perfectly matching the two's colors.

After the proposal before joining her angel in sleep Lulu mad the following statement
