Important to know that this woman is a powerful magic user that would not hesitate to rip you apart if you annoy her, unlike her harmless lil sis Celce_Winters.

She is part basilisk and has a naga form... It comes from her father's side, and utilizing magic just like he did she gave herself a human form as well as negating the powers received from being half basilisk; those being the deadly venom and death gaze which in half breeds are tuned down to highly effective paralysis venom and a gaze that causes the body to stiffen and slow down... In this form she has a very pale snow colored scales covering the snake tail that replaces her lower body.
Lucienne and Celce are sisters by mother alone, they have different fathers... Lucienne is quite a mage from her world, magic class 18... You don't know about their magic class ranks?

Okay, let's clear that up then. Magic Class is a ranking system that goes from 1, the worst, to 25, a multi dimensional being capable of being an elder god, the average magic class of an everyday magician in their world is 7-10. The ranks as they get higher are ten times more powerful then the the one before it. Lucienne being an UPAR 18 means she can perma freeze an entire continent, fly, survive in space, transform herself, and use the magic seal UPAR... What you don't know what that is either... Also note perma freezing an entire continent is with UPAR restricting her full power...

Well let's clear that one up next, UPAR, or Universal Preservation Anomaly Release is a special seal beings who are magic class 15 or higher have to prevent themselves from accidentally causing global or galactic destruction, it is actually a law in their world to have this seal activated at nearly all times or face imprisonment or even execution.

Anyway back to Lucienne, she is a cold but kind individual, just don't get in her way and you and her will be on good terms, help her out and then you'll be on very good terms however she is quite fast and cunning, so you'll have to be able to keep up first if you plan to help her. She is afterall with the DAAMP... What, again?

Okay, DAAMP, Dimensional Analyzing Administration of Magnificum Paradiso, their capital planet, is an organization that records analyzes and creates dimensional arts as well as puts out and acquires the most powerful magic users. These magic users use their power to make sure the world is never threatened again like the time two powerful magic users who ruled this world, universe in actuality, don't go about and cause mass genocide or destruction again. They also kept tabs on anyone with the magic class of 21 or higher as these are potential threats due to the immense godly power these beings hold, but if a magic class of 24, a titan like the queen of the past, or 25, like Alicia Deus, appears they have to exterminate it for the good of all existence.

Okay, back to Lucienne again, hopefully without anymore explanations, but then again these are good for you to know right? Anyway, Lucienne being a Winters, a prominent family in their world, possesses the innate ability of ice magic and can actually manipulate the very weather with it. The Winters has also been know to be quite an intelligent and quick thinking family, Lucienne also got qualities from her father as well, quite a strong, powerful, and quick body from that side, combined with her magic class she is very formidable, though she tends to not want to fight at all, when forced she usually will gut her opponent right then and there leaving a bloody gory mess of them, she always carries that blade with her, usually hidden in a dimensional pocket and appearing out of thin air.... It happens to be made out of a special classified alloy, quite durable and sharp too, never seems to lose its edge, can cut through Adamantium like a hot knife through butter.

She is a bit spoiled by many people around her due to her family and magic class, she has been to many parties and gatherings, she seems a bit laid back when you read this don't you, but in actuality, this usually coincides with her keeping tabs on certain threats or attending group meeting with other well known mages who also usually attends these kinds of things, and well knowledge is power. She is usually just in the background, being like a sly snake in the grass, watching casually and/or taking her phone out and typing away notes or communicating with other members of the DAAMP.

Okay to clear up some more confusion that may come about, alternate universes... her world, Magnificum Paradiso, is actually Earth in an alternate universe. The Sol exists along with all the other planets but Mars... it got blown up by a Kitsune during the war a long time ago, but was replaced by another planet made by DAAMP's Guardians, still called it Mars but it is basically like earth. Another thing about the Solar System, every planet and moon has been colonized and are under the direct control DAAMP.


Huh? You want to hear about her world... Okay. Where to start, hmm...

First off her world is a high tech world where magic and science have mixed and created truly beautiful things and allowed things to happen that no outsider to it can ever imagine. DAAMP acts as the watchdog of the entire universe there and their members that work in the field, like Lucienne, are called the Guardians. The Guardians main job is keeping everything in their universe peaceful, and if peace is disturbed they have the right to crush the thing causing a disturbance, but they would usually exercise diplomacy first.

Things to know about the Guardians:
Point your sword at a Guardian and thou shalt cry. This is sometimes taken quite literally by the guardians, Lucienne however lets it slide a few times before giving a warning unless you use said sword, includes any weapon really.
A Guardian is not allowed to punish a world for the actions of one person, and generally not allowed to directly interfere with quarrels between beings of the same race on a single planet, however a planet commencing an invasion of another planet allows them to react and stop said invasion, diplomacy first, force last resort.
A Guardian is to not use their full power and must have UPAR restraint on at all times, however if they need to have their full power to defend themselves they can release the seal to do so, but they are not allowed to use their power offensively unless authorized by a DAAMP personnel manager.
No matter how powerful you are, the guardians are more powerful, this does not mean a single guardian is more powerful then you but their combined force and knowledge trumps elder gods. Just ask Zacotine_Void, Alicia Deus (( Alicia Deus is actually and anti elder god... if you understand what this means... and Ender is what she is usually referred to as... )), and other elder gods they sealed out of their universes existence and stopped their power of interfering with it ever again.

Back to their world, the Guardians watch over and act as well Guardians for many different planets in their world, keeping the peace and maintaining a balance. Originally though their were the rebels that went against Alduas Verone, an ancient king who ruled 10054 years ago in their world. Alduas went an did a massive genocide of many different races that were not human, for one reason alone, he himself was corrupted into a mind reading youkai due to the influence of the beings. His wife, Veronica Verone, was actually a bigger problem then him if only for the brief moment she had revealing her true titan like power, a collapse of an entire alternate boundary on her was what killed her. But Alduas himself caused trouble for everything for a long period of time before Vagos Deus ((Human?)), Alicia Vagos ((Alicia Deus before being Alicia Deus... Oni )), Celes Vagos ((Celestrian)), Colt ((Nether Yama)), Cythia ((Inari)), Megan ((Dullahan)), and the other great warriors of the Magna Perditus Utopia (( That alternate boundary city that no longer exists... )) can and stopped him in a long and cruel war, many people dies, but thankfully not that many planets were downright obliterated due to the rules imposed for the war, the boundary system... I am going to have to explain this now right?

Okay... The Boundary System acts as a fail-safe if anything else for those who fight with UPAR off, meaning at their full power. The boundary system is a world defense system where powers are more effective against the opponent then anything else existing in the area, but this is not always available, it takes a lot of resources to put up and due to the war in the past it was put in place on many planets, it however is not currently activated but is on standby. That should clear most of it... oh, why they didn't place it on their warships, well because most ships are not large enough, these things have to be built on something the size of a planet usually under an entire country, continent maybe.

Back to the history lesson. It was when Alicia Vagos fought at Magnificum Paradiso, where Alduas ruled originally before it became the planet DAAMP placed its base of operations on, and the confusing battle where she made her own step for power, murdering her very father Vagos Deus and titling herself as Deus (( Latin for God )), and also massacring the other warriors that remained afterwards ((Not many remained really, there was a lot of death in that battle and the ones before it.)), even making her very sister a slave for her beat up on, for the reason of her being more nurtured and spoiled then herself, Celes got everything and she only received the scrapes or leftovers... then again Alicia was a bitch beyond all measures... cruel and punishing to everyone that stood against her and those she deemed she did not like... But back to the history lesson, Alicia's power became unstable and chaotic, reality was bent and ruptured around her, her power crushing everything around her and mixing and transforming anything that touched her, even the gods couldn't affect her as her power changed what they tried into chaotic and unstable energy that had absolutely no effect on her other then causing her to laugh and spit in their faces before putting them down, it is still unknown how she obtained this power but when she did she was Alicia Deus, The Ender...

Under Alicia Deus the world went through a complete transformation again, from a chaotic war to being under the most powerful and cruel being in all of existence, one who enjoyed watching the deaths of entire planets at her power, which at magic class 25 meant she had no equal. 25 unlike the previous ones is actually largely more powerful then the previous rank, incomprehensible really... As she enjoyed herself at the tournaments and planet wiping DAAMP started to form itself and look into how to defeat her... It would be for a hundred years with her power still growing.

UPAR was created originally as a weapon against her, it worked for a split second, just enough to throw her out of existence... and into Delzira... and return peace to the world, Alicia Deus reign of terror was great on many minds and the idea of any more war or destruction was gone completely for a long time, they needed to rebuild and fix everything, and so DAAMP went and rearranged themselves from a uprising force against Alicia to the Guardians to help the universe mend itself, and it took a while as nothing was rebuilt from the war when Alicia ruled... About 217 years to be exact...

War hasn't happened ever again while the Guardians were in place and the entire universe is back on its track and is more like a utopia in many places, not saying that slums and stuff or backwater places don't exist but for the most part everything is great.
