Also, don't ask me to play her as a long term maid for you, I am not up for such usually, and I have partners already for that, am mainly looking for vore.

Celce grew up in a city where magic and science collided and mixed, giving rise to things beyond any mortal belief, and she lived a happy life, talking with her friends and reading books on magic and technology. She learned how to cast spells, mostly cold based ones though she wasn't that great; her best one was to turn a soft drink into a nice cool slushie. Eventually her friends realized her magical potential wasn't that high and thought that she had no real future in magic technology, even with her great memory, speed, and intelligence; which did not show most of the time because of her timidness and shyness. Only one of her friends remained after all the others left, he was the only who truly understood her, and he saw her hidden greatness, though he never stated what it was.
When she hit sixteen her parents decided it was time for her to get a job, but because of her personality and her low ability in magic she had a hard time getting a job until her friend told her about a maid company that hired anyone, and luck would have it that a noble family was interested in hiring a maid that looked great and around the age of their son. She got paid quite well working there due to the position of the family but she had to put up with the son of the noble family who was a complete jerk. He would yank her hair to get her attention and create rather large messes just to have her clean them up so he can watch her. Eventually he tried assaulting her in the library of the mansion and caused a massive mess which he blamed on her, and she was forced to clean it all up and work without pay for a month.
Then one day came to when she was finishing up the library, having to rearrange the books in a new order where she found an old and dusty book, and being curious on how she could have missed cleaning it she reached out for it and when one of her fingers made contact runes glowed on the book and she was instantly engulfed in light and was knocked unconscious. When she came too everything around her was different, she was in an entirely new and strange world, the Nexus Park.

The book vanished but every time she thought about it, it would appear in her hands, and she would later find out it was an ancient spellbook made long ago by her civilization, well not anymore does she, her sister has found it to be a piece, and also Celce is another piece connected to it, of a more powerful being.

The Book has changed again, now called um...... something absolutely unreadable to everyone... and anyone, absolutely anyone but Celce who tries touching it finds they just go right through it like it isn't there... It also seems to move and do things on its own as well, plus now Celce nullifies all powers and abilities, absolutely all, have a problem with that, then go away, on mere contact with her, whether she wants to or not, and to add more to that everything around her becomes stabilized as well... meaning things that shouldn't normally exist besides the book and what is with Celce will cease.

The Book is actually a ∞ God-moded being that can not be destroyed or affected by anything... ......???...... (<---hint on what it is... Found on another alt somewhere...)

She has became Neko_Kim's maid after the kindness showed to her by Kim. (Done in Private RP)
It has been revealed that some magics don't work on her while others do, the reason is completely unknown, and may also be the cause to why she can't use magic that well or at all. (Motel 4, 05/09-10/2014)

Yeah... not really keeping track of this here anymore...

But anyway Celce is a being who was cursed with a power from Origin, the absolute power there ever was, her curse is nullification and balance, anything that would upset balance would be voided, all powers neutralized with absolutely no exception besides those of other powers from origin. Though their is a rumor about Celce being able to be split into two beings ad separated from the curse where the other being given the name of Nulls doesn't suffer a curse but a power under its control to balance and nullify... but what can separate her if she herself is practically immune to change...

She did have herself split into two entities, one is herself and the other is called Celce Nulles, that one taking the power of complete nullification of all things with itself and letting Celce Winters be able to finally enjoy her magical power, which happens to be a UPAR 14, see https://www.f-list.net/c/claudia%20yuno or Lucienne_Winters for further information on this. Anyway her magic affinity is highest with that of ice, everything about her being cold and immune to ice element up to UPAR 14 effects, unless otherwise extra abilities are with it...
