Lili is one of the Birds of Paradise and fourth in their hiearchy. On their planet, she among with 5 others rule over a dominion called the "Seraphian Isles".
The lyrebird is in charge of an entertainment and censorship commitee, using her songs to boost the morale of the citizens they're in charge of as they battle the forces of sin.
All the avians have a certain type of immortality, Lili's comes from divinity being a Muse of Greek mythology; as long as there is a record of her voice, her melodys, or her art, her existence cannot be "denied".
Eventually Lili was so enthralled with mortal creativity she wanted to join them; she was allowed on two conditions: her memories of Olympus had to be erased and her powers sealed, essentially rendered mortal.
Lirica like the other Avians sought enlightenment, but was the first to realize they could lean on each other to make up for their individual weaknesses.
From their on out Lirica honed her virtue of kindness to combat the sin of envy, and in the end relearned her true name: "Babylon" and through it regained her divinity and powers as a muse.
Now she keeps an ear out for any sinful rhetoric; thusly, her special power is "muting" others, forcing her virtues on them stating:
Off the planet though she's the worst kind of hero: a Knight templar. She suffers from the "Heroe's burden", believing that having such powers as hers "obligates" her to use them.
She's super friendly and kind, her shoulders perfect for crying on; however, she won't hesitate to take your freedom of speech away, outright fearing arguments and conflict.
The scariest thing is that she "knows" what they're doing is for greater good; while her kindness "compells" her to warn them/giving them "three movements(chances)", eventually she'll act on their rules.
She has a "holier than thou" personality, the only ones she'll listen to being other gods/immortals. You'll still have your mouth, but cannot scream, even if she's ordered to eat the rest of you
1. You could be one of the seekers, one day finding her at one of her concerts, will you try to act like a contractor and trick her into signing herself to your will? Or attempt to strip her of her voice rendering her useless as nothing more than food.
2. Someone already has her under contract and keeping her hostage. You of a similar mind try to rescue her making her in your debt.
The tale of the 3 daimyo
This can be long or short/broken into parts. Lirica's voice is praised by the ancients, hearing her sing for you and you alone able to bring wealth fame and power. However the bird in question is very elusive and the one you find claims to have lost her will to sing. What tactic will you use. ((The ideal is this bird was confronted by all three daimyo during her life. My favored form is that you ARE all three, a long lived predator Lirica keeps escaping you.
1. Threats and blackmail: Oda Nobunga was a tyrant who used the gun to make people fear him. When confronted with the bird, he growled flashing a gun at the gentle bird: " Sing for me or I will Kill you/Eat you."
2.Sheer force and oppresion: Toyotomi Hideyoshi was a tyrant of a different nature. While he wanted the good of the people it was through intimidation and alot of rules to under people didn't even have the tools to resist his authority, no freedom, no joy.
When Tokuga found the bird he clenched her in his hands and squeezed her into she cried out in pain; staring into her eyes he said firmly but calmly:"I will MAKE you sing."
3. Passiveness and patience: Tokugawa Ieasu was the nicest one of them all, he knew how to make money work and spared those who tried to kill him.
When he perchanced upon the bird, he noticed how it cowered away from him, fearful of humans. So he people food and water for it, walking around he bird to show he wasn't a threat. Before he left he smiled saying: "I will wait until you call." (( And in the tale of the 3 daimyo, it was Tokugawa who finally got the bird to sing. But this is a vore website, who's to say these other two methods are doomed to fail >3 ))
The question now is, WHO ARE YOU? or WHEN are you meeting her dictating which tactic you're using at the time.
