Kayla is without a doubt a sight to see in the world of fitness training. I the blooming business, tender age of twenty brings many eyebrows as to her occupation. But Kayla doesn’t mind, she is a strong willed, if a touch light-hearted gal with plenty of energy to spare on her trainees. Perhaps one of the single most determined ladies in the business – she had earned herself a small amount of well needed renown, she’d make you wear the body you want, or break you trying.
She was born in the big apple and holds her little gym there as well – titled ‘Colrdige Edge’- usually after the fact that there’s a razor’s edge between making it or breaking. But that’s fine, Kayla knows just the thing to get her trainees coming back and again for more. You see, her special protein shake is of a special home brew [for further chemical analysis you’d have to turn to her sister, the biologist and food technician in the family, though] and most trainees that get on her special programs are entitled to at least three doses a week. Kayla is most harsh on those whom miss even a single dose.
Of course, the rumors as to what goes on once you sign up to her special ‘Super Personal’ training are abound, but she had yet to have an unhappy sla… customer.
