Stuff to come, but he's going to be pretty much kenza including the fact that he prefers guys, but is more than happy to play about with the ladies.
Personality wise he's a little different, while most of the same still applies he still sees most things around him as possible food until proven otherwise
History:
Born and bred in an underwater city, Kateb's early life was spent almost entirely in the dark, not that this mattered hugely to someone capable of seeing so well in the dark. He was raised mostly by her father as was the acceptable method. he did have an older sibling who attempted to assist with this, but he soon lost interest as he sought to make a family of his own. he spent most of his life in the water, spending very little on land and seeing little to no need for it at first. Occasionally he would go on land alongside his father to trade some of their catches, but he for the most part preferred the water, hunting and staying out and about
He was his mentor in fighting, passing on his particular methods, he was capable in sword fighting, but had little way of keeping a sword intact within the water, save for shaping one out of his own energy. A trick he passed on down to his daughter, along with a rather silly move designed to crush people, rather redundant on their home since everyone was capable of taking the pressure, but it was fun for pulling the odd prank. he was actually shaping up to be quite the hunter, looking to that over everything else, including raising a family.
he was all but forced by his father to spend time with his mother. Learning how to be a woman again, how to care for a child and how to maintain a home. These forced lessons he took in, but wasn't very happy about, he quite possibly only did them because he had insisted and his respect for him held no bounds. Perhaps though, if he ever spent time thinking about it, it was these lessons that drove him to want to explore. To escape from home and see other places a little more. When he expressed these wihes to her parents, they were a little unsure about it. Their daughters love for the water would probably make it harder for her to adapt to life on the surface.
He had a bit of a rocky start after arriving, almost instantly getting into a minor argument with security staff and starting a fight within minutes because they wouldn't let him go around without clothes. Having spent a spell in prison and spending possibly just a little longer than necessary due to fights with the guards. But he was released after a little while due to `good` behaviour.
