Izoko

Deceased Alt of latroma.
RIP: For all of her strength, the Tengu swordmaster's life was finally ended in combat with longtime foe Tasha on 1-31-2010.

Name: Izoko
Species: Kenku (Anthropomorphic Raven trickster spirit-Japanese mythos)
Gender: Female
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 165, almost pure muscle
Rivals: Osaka - Who she has dueled twice to a standstill.
Appearance: Izoko was a tall and muscular raven woman. She dressed in a specially tailored halter top that allowed her impressive, jet-black wings to move freely behind her, using a obi (sash belt) to hold up her billowing gi pants. Her clothes were always white, contrasting well the darkness of her feathers. At her waist, tucked into the obi sash she wore, was an ornate looking katana in its saya. Most of her body was covered out of a sense of modesty. Only her feathered and clawed arms were bare. Her clawed feet were covered only in wooden sandles that she seemed quite adept at moving in.

Her facial features in life were those of a large crow, her eyes staring forward with incredible alertness and mild curiousity. She did not allow a considerable amount of expression to reach her already foreign face, preferring to bear a mildly stoic attitude at all times.

The kenku was built like a warrior far more than many of her brethren. She had a lean and hungry look, her body filled with hardened and supple muscle rather than fat. She moved with grace and efficiency in every way, her motions leaving no wasted energy.

Personality: Izoko was moderately friendly. In truth, 'polite' was probably more the word for her. She was rarely unkind to people, but she wasn't the sort of being who became your best friend immediately. She was someone who was constantly looking for the next thing to challenge herself, always hunting for something to improve and hone her skills further. By most accounts, one would call her a driven perfectionist in the martial arts that she displays. This perfectionism was further seen in her general ascetic attitude towards all pleasures of the flesh.

But now... she is dead, and none of this matters any longer.
