The universe is as vast as it is beautiful, and it holds secrets best left undiscovered. Witches, as a prime example, are nomadic huntresses who prey upon entire species and leave nothing but barren worlds behind.

Hel is one of the few witches on earth. She's managed to stay under the radar despite claiming several meals per week. Why is she here? Oh, wouldn't you just love to know....

What is a witch without her spells? Hel's mana does not recharge naturally. She can only maintain her magic by consuming prey. Mundane meals restore ten mana, while spellcasters restore fifty.

Alas, snacks alone cannot sustain a witch, so Hel is sometimes forced to consume her meals more completely.~ Permavored meals are worth a hundred mana each, while permavored spellcasters are worth five hundred. Predators with at least one confirmed permakill are worth a whopping thousand mana! Juicy~

Spells:

Mini - 5 mana: This spell reduces a targets size by ninety percent.~

Growth - 25 mana: This spell increases it's targets size by a factor of five. Usually self-cast.~

Erase - 1-5 mana: Removes a magical effect from the target. 1 mana if the effect came from Hel, 5 mana otherwise.

Bind - 5 mana: Summons ropes or chains to restrain a target.

Fly - 10 mana: Grants an hour of flight to the caster and up to one target.

Strength/Weakness - 3 mana: Halves or doubles the targets strength.

Telekinesis/Telepathy - 1 mana: Delivers messages, moves small objects, etc.~

Special Abilities:

Charm: 1/day- Compels the target to fulfill a request, within reason. Cannot, for instance, be used to gain willing prey.

Vanish: 1/day- Hel vanishes and appears at home, wherever that may be.

Curse of Consumption: 1/week- The target of this curse will become fascinated and obsessed with predators and will not be satisfied until he/she has fed his/herself to one.~ The prey will be permavored by whichever predator claims them. Can only be cast in certain cases... (namely, with the implied consent of the player!)

Laeda was a big, bad pred who had just finished off a meal when she met Hel. Laeda thought Hel would be her second meal of the night, but the little witch seduced her and sapped her strength.
