Hafsa Valda. A name tossed together by the maker of this being, it being a bio-construct. It doesn't have a gender, but it identifies as a female if only for the sake of appearance. Hafsa Valda is capable of free thought, much to the later dismay of her creator. Whom now rests somewhere inside the very thing they made as she absorbed him while he was working on her. Why? Simple really. Hafsa Valda saw them as one who knew both their stengths and weaknesses, why wouldn't you want that knowledge gone? Afterward Hafsa wondered around, she's very aware of her abilites, though her victims often learn them way too late. They only way she gets power is via her tail, whether by sucking the energy out of people or swallowing a person whole. Any other means simply leave to digestion as food, though that doesn't do much for her other then sustain her. Digestion and absorption rarely take very long. Heck, absorption is near instant, the victim seeming to disappear as they enter the main body via the tail. What does she seek? Power, not much else as she is generally uncaring to the outside world. Using her stolen power to make others feel weak. Though bringing that up, why bother eating people, why not just absorb everyone? Hafsa doesn't feel that everything deserves to be a part of her form. Also, the expression on her face? Yeah, the creator had a sense of humor, made the feeling of absorbing someone strong a bit...well, you can guess from the look on her face.
Hafsa along with things super strength and durablities. She has an even scarier power. Corruption. She can inject, via her tail, her cells into a person. Like a parasite it spread through their body, it renders the victim helpess then takes full control of the body. It such reversible? For a time yes. However the longer the parasite is in someone, the tighter hold Hafsa has in which eventually their is a point of no return. The Corrupted are also given a small portion of Hafsa's strength. So they can defend the "main body" so to speak.
Why would she corrupt someone instead of consume? Maybe companionship? Hafsa isn't one to make friends, she is built consume and grow, not much else. Her corrupted pawns are often the only ones she allows to be in her presence in relatively safety. Others are often just soon to be meals or those she's hunting for their power. It's not known what she intends to do with the corrupted. Use them to capture people? Most likely. Some even think the monster is prehaps using them to try and breed! This wouldn't be good for anyone.
Can you stop this monster......or will you just be another victim?
In summary: Limited intelligence monster with a goal to consume. Can use it's tail to consume and absorb those with power and take it for herself. Hafsa Valda is designed to primarily be a monster type character. She has no reason for most things, she simply is. She's a being that would rather kill or consume you than make friends. Thusly she's a good thing for heroes to try and fight or good for horror related plays. Maybe even the big bad in some story type plays. Only the corrupted can have any type of longer interaction with her. She cares not for any others.
Important Notes:
Hafsa will never by prey. But that's not to say she's invincible.
She often simply eats ordinary folk. Those with powers not her own are mainly absorbed. Thos that are in the middle, that being strong but with no useful powers to take, are the types she turns into thrills.

A group of people are hunted by the monster. Their only option of survival is to hide!
A hero (or band of) fight and end up absorbed/eaten by the monster.
A group of heroes are caught and corrupted by Hafsa, she uses them as way to catch more prey and be her bodyguards.
A male, an unlucky one, is picked out by the monster and corrupted heavily. The monster then uses them as a "husband" however there is no love really here. Only the monster's attempt to breed, not that she can.
