Suzune

Suzune is your average human schoolgirl - mostly. She's 5'4" with chest-length brown hair, and green eyes under glasses, making her appear fairly unassuming. Her build is light, but not terribly lean. Suzune generally wears cooler tones of clothing, favoring greens and blues, and often prefers skirts (Though not exclusively.).

However, that 'mostly' does lead to a catch. Suzune is also a magical girl, it turns out, going by the magical-girl-codename of "Etoile Cereus". Her secret is a small piece of magical technology, called a "Lore Writer", embedded in her belly, a bit over her navel. This silvery, crescent-shaped implant (with a small green gem, teardrop-shaped, in its center) grants her the power to ...Write Lore. What does that MEAN, though? Quite simply, it means that Suzune can, extending out from her (nnnnerdy) personality, alter reality in terms of narrative, of story. That she's a magical girl, is because that's the story that most resonates with her soul!

Her magical girl outfit, though, is made of mainly greens and whites, and forms up into a relatively tight outfit mostly green with white stripes on the side, and a pleated skirt of alternating green-and-white at the waist. It has detached white sleeves with green detailing, and at the end of each one is a large silver bracer adorned with an emerald. Finally, her outfit is rounded out by a pair of emerald-capped headphones with pink feathered fins coming out of them.

A thing to note too, is her personality. Friendly, sometimes shy and stammery, but not very much so. Suzune's a bit of a traditional nerdy-girl in that respect, making her very vulnerable. She also tends to think a few steps ahead of herself; sometimes that gives her an edge in combat or trickery, but other times it makes her evaluate situations and submit out of fear of imagined repercussions. Another worrying note is that the poor thing is a bit... lewd. She has some troublesome fetishes and desires (not necessarily the same ones from RP to RP, and not necessarily always 'what's happening right now' either!), which can make her get flustered, hot and bothered, and maybe even more vulnerable to sexual or vorish predation~

--=A more in-depth view of her magics=--

Lore Writing: Suzune's basic magic roots from the forbidden technology of Lore Control, the ability to open the Mythos wide and draw out threads of the world's tale and change it. In the wrong hands, or overused, it can lead to chaos and instability as contradictions pile up from uncautious editing. All the same... This shows up in the form of either 'spells', which are in fact her using the 'style' of a magical girl to make predictable edits, or in actual 'hacking' where all manner of pretty green holographic interfaces made of magic pop up as she tries to literally recode reality. Spells of this sort are often based on transforming things, or changing certain story logics, while if she has enough time AND familiarity with the target, almost anything is possible with hacking.

Sample Lore Magic: A spell to alter gender/sex expression, like a 'true genderswap' or similar. A spell to strengthen someone, or to make them think more clearly, or similar body adjustments. Straight 'buff' magic that improves the power of forms of attack, defense, or even tools. That kind of thing.

Reforming: This isn't required in any RP, but the official explanation of Suzune's reformation is 'tnarrative inertia'. As a normal schoolgirl, this might not happen, or it does but she can't explain it and may even forget details. As a magical girl, she experiences a sense that her story isn't over, and - sometimes or even oftentimes, not fully remembering what happened? - she pops back into existence in some other time, place, or context. Of course, in other settings she might instead just have the standard reforming method du jour.

--=Variations and Story=--

There is more than one kind of situation Suzune might be caught in, or, well, you might catch her in. Here's a few examples.

-Bsseline: Normal Schoolgirl-

As a normal schoolgirl, Suzune is usually in an apartment alone (whether in the Nexus, or Tokyo, Japan) paid for by her absentee father. Said father is in big top secret military stuff, and for a while Suzune was taken care of by her older brother, but some family confusion got her place in the apartment on her own. She attends a normal highschool, and is on its swim team usually (though if you want, she can be in other athletic clubs, especially cheerleading or gymnastics). She posts excellent grades and is often a shy, lonely sort, with maybe one or two friends. Still, she's brilliant and has a good mind for fiction and writing, as well as science and technology. The former can even get her to be a bit metafictional...

-Option: Magical Girl-
An easy option for Suzune is for her to be a magical girl! She has the power of a Lore Writer, and survived a mysterious world-ending event called the Crypseios in her home dimension. Now, she wanders across timelines and worlds, doing good deeds and, quite possibly, being able to somewhat reclaim her old life! Maybe even there's a mysteriousness to her that caused the Writer to just appear on a Suzune living in a normal world, some way to throw hope to other worlds, while the Suzune of that dimension is unaware of anything but the power it gives her and the strange threats she now realizes are all around her!

-Option: Older Suzune-

A college-age Suzune, possibly using that bikini picture's proportions, would be an engineering major, who's still a bit unassuming, but rather curious about sexuality (Especially with girls. She's definitely bisexual, and possibly even lesbian), socializing, the works. If this is combined with the Magical Girl option, Suzune has 'retired' for the time being from serious adventuring, and uses the special knowledge granted by her powers to instead be a dual physics-engineering major.

-NEW Option: Consistent Canon Suzune-

I'm going to start using a secondary profile sometimes, Suzune_Alter, to record a version of Suzu that rolls with in-RP changes. I'm probably going to at LEAST set her up for 'normal schoolgirl' for now, but I might make 'timelines' for the variants like the magical girl, the fantasy one, etc.

-Other Possibilities-
Suzune could be... an adventurer in a fantasy world TimeMage_Suzune, instead a kindly kitsune Foxy_Suzune, maybe even a boy! Suzumaru. Otherwise, I can freely accomodate a variation of the girl to your setting, within reason. A slight diversion of her fantasy format, a nervous but cute engineer in a sci-fi setting, or whatever strange things happen to humans or near-humans in the next fantastic world she's going to be a victim in~
