Background - Almost nothing is known of the little guy, only alluding to bits and pieces through conversation and rules he gives. He hints he 'choosed' the job or he doesn't have a stance on their wishes even though he'll make sure they are making their choices correctly.

Personaility - Sometimes annoyed when being encountered, other times more jolly. Personality vairies between each people and encounter.

Much like any genie worth their salt, Guy is incredibly powerful and can defend itself very well against more rowdier people. It is, though, extremely hard to defeat them if someone seeks to and gauge what are the 'limits' of their strength. Much like many genies White Guy has rules and a 'lamp'.

Gem - A blue gem located on their neck serves as the 'lamp' or storage place where they go. The gem cannot be destroyed through mortal means and magic, much like the being in it. Additionally they are aware of everything around them and usually nap within it while waiting on someone to pick it up.

Genie Rules - Like any genie White Guy has rules for giving wishes. These rules are the following and will say to whoever finds them;
*Limited to three wishes.
*Cannot wish for more than one wish.
*Cannot wish to benefit White Guy nor free them from their status.
*Cannot wish for 'unlimited power' as said power has to be limited for a mortal to wield, else said mortal will die and the power will be unleashed around the surrounding areas.
*Cannot wish to make someone fall in love with you, though one can wish for items and ways to make it easier to court the love interest.
*Cannot wish to be a genie.
*Wish can be simple to complex grants, however wording must be watched when making the wish.
*While there isn't a 'time limit' on making wishes, should someone not make their first wish within a week's time White Guy is allowed to leave their presence.
*A single mortal is allowed three wishes in their lifetime, cannot hide themselves through disguises, magical or otherwise, when attempting to get three more wishes from White Guy.
