Background - The universe is a strange and mystery place, one of which that things. . . Frankly just happen because they do, with many examples of such. When life begins and in primative states many believe the things that occur happen because of a higher being, or a 'God' as they are later called with many names forming for them and what they do and represent. From the most basic; Like the Sun and Earth. To more senstive topics; Like Life and Death to even Hope. Many of these gods formed from the faith or belief in them that also spurred their creation, and from this faith is their lifeblood for if there is no faith, they pass on or 'die' from memory. Because of this many beings have faded from memory with many more notable staying around to even persent day and possibly further into the future. Due do advances in the field of science many of the things that were once thought of the gods's work were confirmed to be other things of science and even more unexplained things that have yet to be proven. And it is here a rather odd subject matter can be brought to light; What if those gods didn't just fade, rather they were there the whole time in one way or another?
In the case of Avatar; It has been 'born', like many, from faith. But. . . Because it's birth is in the persent where such birth of gods are extremely rare and even sought by beings and people who wish to harness the power of said goddly beings. In the case of his creation, like some others; Was bringing to light a single idea and believing it along with a rather massive amount of power to 'bring it to life', as even in modern times where people have learned to create life through the use of clones, birthing them in tubes, and even gene-splicing to create different 'breeds' of animals, some people found a way to create both natural and artifical gods. And because of this, the Avatar of Creativity, Freedom of Imagination and Thought was born. Instead of doing what his creators wished the Avatar instead would go off on it's own, as by his nature of 'Freedom of Imagination' and into the world it went.
Appearance wise; It is 6'01 feet tall with a completely white body with a slim build with four fingers and toes, eyes are horizontal lines with outlined hair as well and even a mouth, which when opened shows a pink inside and pinker tongue. A rather simplistic design for a godly being, but they prefer it that way.

Personaility - Cheerful and rather open minded, given it's nature.

Given the nature of this, it is nigh-impossible to say what 'abilities' this being has aside from reality breaking and altering ones. Their powers stim from the belief of Creativity, Freedom of Imagination and Thought, which includes roughly 78% if not more of the planet's total popluation, wether or not they are 'followers' of the 'regilion' is another question, as one does not need to be an active follower, rather just believing in the princible to give him life and power.
