Salaba_Region
A woman of class and prestige, Stalacia is one of the closest things to royalty that the Salaba Region has. Her mother came from royalty, her father was a ludicrously wealthy philanthropist, and the two thought it would be worthwhile to help with the 'domestication' process of Unova. Her father loved his princess very much and only saw it fit that she live in the most beautiful of palaces, and as such, the Northwest Island, Nostoca Isle, was chipped away into a giant citadel of Ice and Stone, shimmering in the sunlight. The Isle's Citadel can only be accessed at high tide from the sea, meaning that Flying Pokemon are required to leave during the day.
Stalacia, now in charge of her parents' fortune, takes excellent care of those that live in her castle, claiming that she will do anything for her people. She is fiercely protective and a powerful user of Ice Pokemon, as well as a collector of rare Pokemon. There are rumors that she is connected to the Legendary Pokemon that once locked the region away from the world with the help of Carrocosta. It's also rumored that she even has a baby Lugia in the chamber beneath the Throne Room, which serves as her Gym and a general area where battles between the island's best trainers (her 'Knights') occur for her entertainment.
Stalacia is a tad spoiled, admittedly, but she means the best for visitors as well as those she oversees. She will always welcome new trainers and welcome their challenges, offering the Blizzard Badge for completing her challenge, which allows trainers to use the Hidden Machine known as Fly.
