He fell afoul of TheLadyTyrant, who not only took the life of his third body, and the soul that had grown from the copy of his memories, but she destroyed his labratory completly. Eric Potere is a tall, dark haired man with blue eyes, and a now well toned physique, though he once had a rather slender build. A natural at science, this 29 year old genius has blended a knowledge of genetics and physics into gene sequences that can be (carefully) adapted to a particular individual to initiate a limited selection of super abilities.

Though he was very thorough in his non-human studies, to date, Eric has only used himself for human trials. He isn`t very active as a hero or any such, for the most part he`s hoping to be a hero of a different sort, one who can bring some of the benefits of being `super human` to the rest of humanity.

But despite his work, his treatments have to be laboriously modified for each individual to be safe. His non-human experiments had shown that so far. Even identical twins could have post-embryonic changes that would alter things in subtle ways.

The low-level improvements are the closest to that goal however. it would really be a loss to the human race if he were captured by some one selfish or evil, and all his works went to serve them instead...

Re-creation:
Due to his genetic manipulation, his cells are able to transform back into a stem-cell like state, and reproduce to heal his body. Combined with implants that keep his computers in his lab up to date with his memories and mental patterns, his lab will auto-regrow his body from stored cells and re-install his mind. However, the process is not 100% efficient or fast, so he often has trouble remembering his last moments.

Unbirthed and soul vored by Hawt_Witch, his entire soul was devoured. But the lab didn't know, producing another clone body and imprinting memories upon the fresh brain.. but now it's a fresh soul, that thinks it's been the original all along. With no information retrieval of that evening, once more, he doesn't remember what happened.

((Current intended storyline is that each death has introduced a bit of corruption, leaving him a darker each time, but full soul-consumption also leaves the brand new soul/self more vulnerable to mental influence. Either a fully corrupt version of eric will eventually arise, or a predator will find and destroy his lab, leading to a permanent end to this profile. THe 'original' Eric is already permanently gone afterall. These are now copies.)
